It is very big showroom with amazing collections of Bata and various brands coming under Bata ranging from normal to Premium. The owner is very down to earth person and never hesitates to talk to us during the visit and suggest us the best option as per our budget. There are two floors where variety of boots, sandals, sneakers etc,, are available along with their accessories. Really worth of giving 5* including the customer service.

Best bata showroom compared to the ones in front of the secretariat and vazhuthacaud in terms of variety of models for kids as well as adults. It seems many Bata showrooms are purposely not displaying the lower budget slippers/models so that the customer buys the costlier ones and this showroom was the exception.

Footwear collection for women is very less.

No stock of 11 or 12 inch chappals

Two and half months ago I purchased a footwear from this shop which cost 799 but two and half months the product completely fade but unfortunately I lost the bill but when approached shop they don’t replace because I lost bill but other bata shop said they can find out the details from the product code but they don’t want ☹️☹️☹️☹️
