I really dont even want to give 1star rating. The service is too bad. The worst part is that the owner is the problem, not the staff. I had bought a car from them. We didnt see any external problems, so we paid for it. When we took it for a service we could see there were severe damages. Upon informing this to the owner he shouted and acted as if its quite natural. The workers had acknowledged the mistakes, but not the owner.

I have bought one car from them in 2017. Thankfully the car is still running fine but the 3 star rating is because the RTO transfer process of name change took much much longer than usual due to some pending fines on the car. After waiting for couple of months it was finally done but unfortunately the name on the registration certificate was entered incorrectly, so I had to get it corrected myself through my agent :-|
