The bridal make over service they offer in my experience is the best in Trivandrum. They are really customer friendly and all there work is done with at most perfection. Really happy to have found them for my sisters wedding

Service: When you enter a professional place for any type of service, they first expectation is to be greeted appropriately. I waited outside with no response from the owner ( the mother).When I finally met the lady I felt sorry for myself. I have never met someone this unprofessional and rude. Both the owners bragged alot about their reputation before we even had a chance to talk place the booking.Anyway I made the booking because of all the Instagram pictures and posts and all I cared was about their work. I had two events one in the morning and one in the after. Since my morning makeup man had a family emergency and couldn’t make it to the evening ceremony I had to find someone (which turned out to be Thanima beauty parlor). The BIGGEST MISTAKE I MADE)Around 2 pm I called thanima and told them, “ with all respect, I am sorry for the inconvenience but thankfully my morning makeup looked totally ok and I think I just need to do my hair”The 2nd owner (the daughter ) yelled at me saying “ we are not just local people who will do whatever you need, if you need to do JUST hair you still need to pay 15000. There is no way we are giving back the 5000 advance you gave.”I still told them sorry but they were ruthless and rude to me and my sister on my special day. We called them back and they did not pick up.

Good place for bridal makeup.Excellent for eyebrows (my wifes comment).Parking for 3 cars possible at a time.150 meters from main road. Access is good.A bit narrow road to the parlour, so be cautious while make the entry, lookout for vehicles coming in the opposite direction.

Worst experience ever!!! I booked for bridal make up , paid advance of 5k,but had to cancel it within ten hours due to personal reasons. I cancelled the appointment without any delay so that they wont lose another client for the date I booked. Though I requested for refund, they were adamant that advance once paid cannot be refunded. Please stay away from such money minded people.

The pre-wedding package including body waxing, body polishing, bleaching, facial, hairsoa, pedicure, manicure, threading was so good and the staffs were so friendly. The pre-wedding and weddingmakeup was so excellent. They have used lens and I loved my eye makeup so much.The quality of airbrush make u was amazing that it stayed till midnight. Please dont go to this place, they are cheaters. They have taken money from us and they are not giving service. They have taken 5k and said to come for services. And when we called today they are telling the package is expired and they cannot return money as well. We have clearly asked about the services when we gave money then they informed anytime we can come and take service and today they are telling service got expired. Never go and take their services. Real Cheaters.

My friend approached them for bridal make-up on my suggestions and we have the worst experience from their side.Theyre being totally unprofessional and trying to profit from others during the time of a pandemic.The main lady is not problematic and she talks with compassion whereas her daughter is totally unprofessional and have zero knowledge about customer relations. Pathetic. Disappointed.

I was extremely happy with the wedding makeup that Gayathri from Thanima Beauty Parlour did for me and would recommend them to every bride! They were professional and friendly and made the whole process stress-free and fun. A special note: they also have a large collection of good quality and beautiful accessories - and they made it very easy for me to pick the nose ring, nettichutti, ear-chain etc which complimented my sari and jewellery. I got a lot of compliments for my makeup so thank you again!

Very very bad experience with Thanima Beauty Parlour! I can’t express how disappointed me (bride) and my family was for booking them for my wedding and reception make up. Although we were charged a big amount (for my wedding and reception makeup plus morning makeup for my mother and sister) we were more than happy to pay for it as all we wanted was good results. When we paid advance, they told us two beauticians would come to our place for the makeup. We booked hotel room for them and arranged food for them (accommodation and food for them was not included in their makeup charges), the night before wedding day. But only one beautician showed up!!! She started bridal makeup for me at 3 am and got done with it only by 7 am (long 4 hours). Nevertheless I was satisfied with my bridal makeup. But then she started makeup for my mother and sister (she only did very light makeup for my sister, and no hairdo, and didn’t do eye makeup or hairdo for my mother) and finished everything in 30 mins. For this we were charged INR 50,000. She said she wouldn’t be coming to the marriage venue to help me with saree draping as it is not included in the package. And for my reception makeup I was not at all satisfied with the makeup and hairdo (It was just a side bun with a metal clip, no hair styling at all) and she did not even remove my morning makeup but instead just dabbed some face powder on top of it, and some lipstick. And no eye makeup or anything at all. All this was done in 15 mins as she was in a hurry to leave (and I was charged INR 10,000 for this). I wouldn’t suggest Thanima beauty parlour, Trivandrum, to anyone ever again.

My mom goes to this place. This is one of the few parlours where they actually uses the same branded and quality products as they promise without failure. Rates are reasonable for the quality of service u get. They are successful because of their adherence to quality and customer satisfaction.

Worst place. Dont ever go to their parlour, theyll clean ur credit card within seconds. They charge extra in the name of tax also in addition to 12000 + 3000 for mehandi just for facial and others. Thus the total for one marriage would be 15000 + 20000 +10000 for extra saree draping. Total around 55000 including tax. Makeup is also too bad. Gayathri is utter waste, her mehandi designs are disaster. 3000 to a person who dont have any idea about mehandi designing. You better give the mehandi cone to a 1st std student and theyll design better than gayathri.

First of all sorry Gayatri chechii for the late post!!!When i signed up with Thanima for my Big day, i was expecting her to come with a team of 3 or more. One for the hair, one for the makeup and another one for the saree etc. But 😲.!!! I , my cousin and my camera crew was shocked to see her come alone.But the moment we started and she moved her magical hands, i still have no clue why, but i had already developed a strong feeling of trust on her which made me not even want to look at the mirror for once to check if she was doing it right!She maintained her cool during the whole 3 hours. She was not dominating. Before getting into anything she checked if i was ok with it. She listened attentively to all my silly ideas. And the greatest part was that she acted like a sister more overThank you sooo much for being my make-up artist on the prewedding day and wedding day.Thanks a lot Gayathri chechii and Dr. Ambika amma for such a grt job!!!Love alot....
