I had very bad experience when i did layer cut here.

This is the worst beauty parlour I have ever visited .I went for layer haircut. They tottaly destroyed my hair.They cut short all my front portion hair and made my back portion hair with thread like thickness.If you love your hair better never go to this place.IT IS A TRASH AND WASTE OF TIME.Never go there.

I am a frequent customer of the shop. They have well equipped clinic with experienced professionaly qualified staffs. They maintains proper hygiene and we can feel ot ourselves. It is customer friendly.

Worst experience ever,pathetic customer service,unprofessional.I would like to share my horrible experience with Rose beauty parlour.I went there for saree draping for my cousins wedding.I rang them up two days prior, and in addition went to the parlour a day prior and booked an appointment.When i enquired about the rate, the first day they said it would be rs.500 and the next day the staff confirmed would be less than rs.1000 even if the appointment is an hour earlier than their working time.I went there as per the schedule and there was one staff who came in to drape the saree. She was not trained in saree draping and herself told me that she doesnt know how to drape a saree well.One of their experienced staff in saree draping has not come/was unavailable due to which she had to come in.I got to know all these from her while she was draping the saree for me and both of us were getting the vibe that it is going to be a disaster.And as we expected, it finally turned out to be a disaster and neither of us were satisfied.She tried to do something and things got worsened.She understood that and stopped fixing. I finally decided not to waste more of my time there.She was unaware of the rate for draping and I called the owner to know the exact rate.And she charged me rs.1000 for this diasatrously draped saree.When i reminded her what i was informed when i enquired and booked the apppintment, she was not willing to listen.She was adamant in the rate and even told me that all parlours in the locality charge the same (which is not true. I know many salons which charge lesser, but due to timing issue i did not book there).She was not willing to listen, when i told her about the same.Finally I had to pay rs.1000.I came home,nobody liked the way saree was draped and had to put on another dress for the wedding.If they did not have the right person, they could have informed me/rung me up on the same so that i would have made alternate arrangements. The owner was just money minded, was not willing to listen and was least bothered about customer service.

Only the beauty parlor setup looks high fi but the beauticians are not professional and doesnt do things properly....If you go for threading she will make it thin even if u say thick (previous beauticians had given me a beautifully arched thick eyebrows ;my friends likes my eyebrows a lot) now its thin and looks like its been shaped by some local beauticians. She destroyed my friends eyebrows too... Its extremely thin for her...Clean up done dint last even 15 min... Nor proper scrubbing nor massaging....soo lazy... Beauticians are not knowledgeable about things...

Got 800 RS for hair colouring . But not a change in its colour at all.worst staff. Highly priced. Unprofessional.
