The experience was extremely bad. I wanted few items from there and I stay few steps from the bakery. Firstly, the person who picked the phone said they deliver and when I made my order he said they dont as they deliver only cake. I then asked them to pack my stuffs n keep so that I can come n collect and also dont have to wait.When I reached shop I saw chicken sandwich available and hence asked the person to exchange one of my orders with that.He did so but rudely told another person that a guy had come for chicken puffs and now because of her we cant sell it...I found it very rude. They could have told me if it was going to be unsold. I have never seen such extremely bad behavior by anyone. On top of that when I reach home n open my pack, I see they havent packed all items I had asked for. So, that one call for order booking and me going till the shop was utter waste.Well, we are new to this place, I m sure I can find a better bakery:-)

The Cream bun(butter bun) Ive bought from St. Michaels bakery on 9-10-21 was not good in taste because the oil used in it was rancid(old oil). The oil used in Madhuraseva was horrible(the worst Madhuraseva Ive bought till this time). Wheat bread was okay.

I just bought a chicken puff & Ckn Cutlet worth 40 Rs...nothing inside..just some onion pieces... Utter waste bad experience

You get excellent readymade cakes to use for special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries. Theyre of much better quality than the made-to-order cakes you get at many hi-fi bakeries in town.

I had a very bad experience today. I bought a pack of wheat bread which costs Rs.40. I paid the cash and asked the guy who was standing nearby cash counter for a piece of paper or a small brown cover usually they give to wrap it. The man was ready to give me the cover.. and suddenly a granny who received the cash from me told me they cant give me a cover or paper to wrap.. her behavior was too bad. I never had such a bad experience in my whole life, I came outside the shop.. but still I was not feeling good and I went back inside the shop again and returned the bread and told I dont need it. Asked for the cash back.. and the old granny throwed the cash to me... So bad experience... She was murmering some bad words too... I dont understand how such types of shops still survive...

Its one of the oldest and most famous bakery in Trivandrum. Its a small outlet but, you will get great service and high quality items. I loved the Chocolate Brownie and Chocolate Bomb, its a must try if you are chocolate craver. They have pastries, brownies, chips and even a fresh juice counter inside the shop. The store in the middle of two roads, there is no dedicated parking space. And since the roads are one way, and one road is small, you always have to park in the one which goes towards Pattom junction.

Very bad place. Poor customer service. When i dailled to the shop asking for home delivery, the owner answered that they offer home delivery. And when i said him one pastry piece was my order. He arrogantly ended up the call telling they dont provide home delivery. Such bad behavior. I am boycotting this shop. Am not gonna buy any more things from such a shop which lack basic manners.

One of the oldest and finest bakery of trivandurm now losing its glory. During 80s we used to buy halwa and other sweets in and used to send our north indian friends. But these days their choice of items as well as the taste is going down. Most of the time they are under renovation. I wish they bring their old glory back.

The bakery doesnt have any provision to heat up stuff. So, if you dont mind eating cold sandwich or puffs or rolls, its great.

Famous for Cakes in trivandrum.On the one way street at Plamoodu.During the christmas time this bakery is very busy. It is a quite old bakery in Tvm city. Bus stop at Plamoodu.By car etc you have to approach the bakery from PMG junction and stop before the Plamood traffic signal Lights.

Very bad behaviour of owner. He wont allow customers to sit inside the shop and have juice from there with out purchasing third quality burgers and pizza from there. Not even qualified for a single star. Worst behaviour. We went with out having the ordered juice and with out any guilty he accepted the payment.
