Well as the name suggests, their specialty is Chips. But they are also famous for Boli and paal payasam, which is my favourite. Came to know that maha chips are the number one sweets shop in Trivandrum (as told by locals) and after tasting I can say if its not it should be. Their Boli and Paalpayasam is a must try item. 👌😋Vellayambalam showroom is very big and it contains almost all types of bakery items and sweets such as mixture, halwa, chips, etc.Ground floor is filled with various types of chocolates and cookies items.As usual evening is the peak time, car parking will be difficult on the road side.

Tried their boli and payasam today. Palpayasam costs about 100rs for half litre. They were quite tasty. The whole showroom is quite big and clean and staff are very helpful.The bottom floor is for items like biscuits and bread and upper floor is for boli, chips and fried items.

It is an awesome bakery shop which have all the variety of traditional authentic sweets. Not only that, an array of halwas, kesari, onion pakodas, mixtures and what not. They have a very special combination of payasam & boli.. which is a must try.

Its just ok place to find some boli and chips. Boli is just fine thatz all. And had jalebi from there which was not good and was so hard for a bite. I thought to have payasam from them, but unfortunately it was over and had to settle with boli only. Which I think disappointed me a lot and my first impression went wrong.Murukku I must tell a must have item. Tasted very well. Rate is 40 I think for rice Murukku.

Stepped into the prestigious haven of munchies for Trivandrum with lot of expectations. It was a total experience. The ground floor is a typical bakery. But the first floor fills everything a food lover truly wants. The ambience, the collection, the immense care with which they handle food items also steal our heart. Had a very pleasant experience and lovely shopping from Maha Chips. But wanted to go to the Maha Boli shop as well, sometime soon. The sweet selection is varied and they provide things which are not available in other shops. They are famous for their chips which they have a big variety of. You should visit the shop after 10 O clock thats when all the items will be available. You should visit the shop if you want amazing snacks and sweets.

New destination of Trivandrums famous Boli and banana chips. Its a a go to place for the local deep fried snacks such as mixtures, pakkavada, banana chips and many other varieties of snacks. If you are lucky and if you fo early enough, you will get awesome Paalada payasam also in plastic containers. You can also get sweets such as Ladoo, Jelebi, boondhi, Ghee mysore pak etc. Their wheat halwa is one of my favourites.In short, a very good place to get your snacks.

The shop is good for chips and North South Indian sweets. The shop is on 2 floors, ground floor is for branded food eatables and juices, pickles etc. The first floor is for chips sweets. There are seats for shoppers to sit and dine or can be considered as waiting area. Service quality is good and the staffs are very cooperative.
