USP of the place is that it charges u based on weight no matter the flavours or toppings u choose, the green tea and Italian mascarpone cheese flavoured ice creams are recommended but available rarely. Do not try shakes as they will just put the ice cream of ur choice onto a plastic disposable shaker and literally shake it charge u for both the shaker and the ice cream, weird.

A great collection of ice-cream flavours, all unique and done excellently, especially the red-velvet flavour. Their ice-creams and measured in grams- Rs 100 for 100 gms. They even have specially woven chocolates and cakes.

I loved the white chocolate cone icecream. They have 4 varieties of cone which was nice. One is the normal, the other is chocolate dipped, other is made totally from Chocolate and the last one has nuts and other stuffs attached to the cone.

Newest ice cream outlet at the start of Sasthamangalam Vellayambalam Road. They have interesting flavours and toppings. The prices are based on weight of the items ordered. IBACO also has a selection of cakes and chocolates.As with most shops in this road, there is very limited parking and this could well be a turn off for many.

There are better options in the vicinity like Pauls Creamery or even Baskin Robbins where they at least let you have your ice cream until you are done and dont throw you out with lame reasons like you gotta go since customers are leaving because you are taking too long to finish your ice cream. Thumbs down! Have seen Ibacos with better service.

Wide range of ice creams however quality is a slight concern. However the toppings make up for it. The staff can certainly be more lenient on the taste scoops. The amount they provide is so little that all we can taste is the wood on the spoon.

Loved the ambience, good Service, a lot of flavors available. I loved white chocolate raspberry and lychee. Maharaj bhog tasted like peda with thick saffron essence. Overall I felt its much better than Baskin Robbins. o_O

Ibaco has amazed me not just one time but several. Located by the main road at Sasthamangalam Jn this ice cream parlor quenched our itch for loads of ice cream at quite a decent rate. The vivifying verities of icecream, chocolate, cakes will make our eves quite chilling. Not much spacious but good enough to accommodate a couple of icecream-bees. Decent service makes the place more charming.

The chocolates can be compared to Lindt chocolates standards and tastes best at room temperature. The chocolates just takes you to whole new level of chocolate love.The chocolates and ice creams are very affordable and you pay as per the weight or quantity that you choose and not the flavors or the demand. They also have wide variety of toppings that you can choose from.The ice creams are the best in Trivandrum. J havent had any ice cream cake better than Ibacos here in Tvm.
