I really love this place for hangout. I believe during 2000s Ambrosia in backery junction was the one of the place for hangout for most of the peoples.The Chicken Salad was the 1st dish I tried during my first visit in Ambrosia.I still love that Chicken salad in Ambrosia and I order this item every time i visit. The tastes still remain the same during my 1st visit. I Highly recommended and must try this place.

Ordered a couple of snackables from them.Butter murukku - good.Spicy thatta- okPotato mixture- not that greatKuzhalappam and jack fruit chips- eaten better ones.The muffins were ok.The croissants were below average, it tasted like any other bread.They lacked the buttery, flaky goodness.Overall the snacks were an average and the baked goodies i bought were below average.Their chocolate cake is something i used to buy quite often and love as well. But i dont see that quality in the snacks, especially nowadays.

Wonderful experience. I informed about a very sophisticated cake with personalized design a day before the function and I got exactly what was expected. Staffs were very friendly and patient . Listened to every single detail and was communicated wonderfully. Overall it was an awesome cake and excellent experience.Would highly recommend to everyone

Ambrosia manages to impress almost every time. Their bakes and ghee sweets are out-of-this-world overwhelming. Just when you though it couldn’t get better, their milk halwa and donuts are a real relish beyond words. Cakes are in par with other outlets in the city, and are selling quite well with all the competition out there.A word to the wise, some of their products are quite over-sized. For instance, their donut is twice as plump than most donuts in the city and their puffs are really puffed up. So a single piece of any of these could be quite fillingPrices are a little exorbitant. Milk Halwa is beyond enchanting, but a tray of the halwa costs above Rs 200, but barely weighs 500 gms. Their donuts are a whopping Rs 55 (hazelnut donut) ad Rs 70 (Choco-chip donut), the most expensive in the city. But despite the steepness, products are still in huge demand.Their pizzas and sandwiches were once a fascination, but have now been surpassed by the overhaul of great great bakehouses popping up in the city.But, nonetheless, Ambrosia is still a cherished place by most of the city-dwellers of Trivandrum. The Ambrosia at Bakery Junction is quite the hit among all the Ambrosia Outlets in the city.

I have heard so much about this bakery that my expectations were sky-high. Cant say they disappointed as I tasted their nutty milk chocolate pastry. But honestly was it one of the best pastries I ever tasted..I dont think so. It was good..may be I should have ordered something else..recommendations are welcome

Finally had the opportunity to visit this place. The snacks and the cakes here are praise worthy. Probably one of the best in Trivandrum. We ordered a cake and it was mouth melting good. This place seems to be famous for Mud cakes and something called devils cake which unfortunately I couldn’t get hold of as it was out of stock. A recommended hangout and cake spot.

Went there last afternoon for a takeaway. New settings seems like tea shops in Bangalore or Mumbai.Staff except person in cash was very good at service. It was too slow to collect payment and seemed stressed this guy. Expected a Thank you after payment.

I have very bad experience in the online order of cakes in their site 101cakes.The site did not work for the payment even though money was debited from my account. When I called customer care they gave a reply telling that order is cancelled since payment failed.. Then on requesting bottom cancel the order they told u pay direct using Google pay. Then will process. On paying immediately they confirmed. The order was not delivered on time and also the refund took more than 20 days. That too after calling them for more than 10 times. This much irresponsibility from an experienced bakers is very pathetic.

AmbrosiaSomewhere when we all grew up , we left Ambrosia behind and moved to other options. Controversies and issues aside , I still visit Ambrosia whenever I am home.Cheese Hamburger topped with bacon: A clear favorite for me from Amb. I have been eating this for years and I have never had a complaint. Lovely beef patty topped with cheese and bacon.Their fried chicken was very average and chicken burger was good.Barbecue burger and crispy chicken burger are my 2 other go to burgers from Amb. Havent had a pizza from there since long though.

Peanut butter cake is listed in Ambrosia site as hot offer Rs.999. Looking at the offer ordered it via phone call. Delivery executive came for delivery with bill amount Rs.1350 for the same cake. Got explanation if you order through online its 999 and if its through phone call Rs.1350...So through online does the quantity and quality reduced for the same product???Really dont understand why such cheap thing happened... Anyway for same cake differnt rates via online and phonecall.. ppl kindly beware of such fraud things and cheap explanations...As a part of my birthday celebration on July 20th it was ordered.. Finally cancelled the order..

Dont order online from ambrosia. Ordered chocolate truffle pastry. Ambrosia sent spoilt pastry with foul taste. I had no option but to throw them as it could have led to food poisioning. Extremely Shameful.

Going to Ambrosia along with a friend is good idea. Buying one pastry and sharing it is an even better idea, because I couldnt get through one on my own!! That being said, the steak sandwiches are a must-try. You should also check out their takeaways and other goodies!

Ambrosia, one of the pioneers of café in the town is degrading day by day. The sad part is they dont even take examples from the fellow competitors in the town. Very poor customer service, careless attitude by staffs at the dining and much overpriced. When are you going to learn?

We bought Halva, Mini Jelebi, Burfi, Laddu and Coconut Biscuits.Jelebi was our favourite. Halva, Laddu and Coconut biscuits also tasted good.I am giving 3 stars as the Burfi we bought were mouldy. We bought on 12th night. The expiry date was on 14th. I returned to my country on 13th morning. When I checked the Burfi at home, on 13th morning, there was a fungal growth in the bottom.

I bought a black forest cake for my office which was of 2kg. They charged RS730/KG. do note that this was for our Christmas day celebration. Now coming to the cake, it was soo dry and tasted like a sponge. Cream was good. But what makes a good cake is everything that comes together. I remember Ambrosia cakes being one of the best in Trivandrum. Anyway hope you all do well and stay safe.

Sumptuous items with very decent staff except a cashier

Last day I bought a Butterscotch cake for my sons birthday celebration. Its nothing but ordinary cake available on road side shop with some cream on top of it. My spouse couldnt even identify the flavour teasing me bought a cake from third rated seller. Hope you people would do the needful to keep the brand value alive.

We heard about this bakery in Trivandrum and visited expecting to taste some good bakery items. We were so disappointed after tasting snacks : bakery items there. We purchased meat puffs, cake , halwa, Mysore pak and a number of other items. Everything was so bad and we had to literally throw it away. Please do not visit this bakery if you want good bakery items. It is waste of money, time and energy!!

Used to be the goto place in trivandrum when it had no competition for decades. Still has decent tasting and unique bakery items but not the best ambience, has very limited seating & slow service. Most might prefer the food court in a mall considering the slightly higher prices here.Biggest thing though that might bring you back here though is nostalgia...

Ive not had such worst food from anywhere else in trivandrum.Bought 2 pattisseries in 26.01.2021 - chocolate truffle and Irish coffee.I did not find any taste of the above mentioned flavours.Loss of money and you bring trouble to your tummy after paying so much.Such unhealthy and filthy food.Worst bakers Ive seen till today.

Best cake shop in trivandrum. All varieties of cake available. I highly recommend their Red velvet cake (Its the only shop in TVM that you will get real Red Velvet) as well as their swiss cake. Best for fresh cream cakes. Ice cream cakes also available. If you preorder birthday cakes they will so an amazing cake decoration for you according to your like. You might feel it as a bit pricy at first, but the cost is worth for the taste and the quality of their ingredients. Absolutely love this place. The shop has a lovely ambiance to it with a peaceful atmosphere if you prefer sitting and dinning. Take outs available and also can be found in both Swiggy and Zomato.
