Got the right spot.Right amount of Parking.And the store is nice with a lot of collection. But still feels like something missing.Currently this store is having some network issues, and not accepting Google Pay or Any other UPIs. And today 22/11/2020, Cards were not accepting and some days before not accepting returns due to server issues and these server issues are prolonged for days !

Good collection of tops, kurti for ladies and with shades which are uncommon at affordable price. My wife is very choosy and she could choose 5-6 dresses at one go and was confused which one to ignore!!! We had a tough time choosing one single top on the other day at another place.. There is a neat collection of dresses for kids also.

Good location and ample parking space (underground) near Sreekaryam.Went for my kids shopping and had good collection with nice offers. They can still improve the selection as well as size ranges. Mens collection seems to be little outdated. Had only few brands and options to select. Womens section seems to be decent.After billing, theyve told me that the Sale receipt was sent as soft copy but I have never received it. Even their whatsapp number to check the status was not functioning properly. Hence giving 3 star

While I respect the affordability part, there is a lot of room left to improve quality and availability of clothes in different sizes.Max has some in house brands that span across different designs and price points, so you have the option to choose what works best for you. Overall, I would say keep your expectations realistic in terms of quality and design before entering the store.

1 Star foe the worst ever I experience i jad at a retail chain.They displayed items with 70% of tags and at the bill counter they told me the offer is not showing up in their billing system. That too only when i checked the total bill amount once they done with the billing. If i didnt asked them they would have made me pay the full amount. I tried to escalate the issue to store manager and that guy dont even care. A Manger who dont even know the basics of customer service. It was not just me, a family wjo was next to me at billing queue faced the same issue.

Happy customer of max. Most of the collections and Design is amazing. The little problem is some cloth material is not even usable after some washes. Need to improve the quality of clothing materials for some clothes. And if you choose wisely then most probably you will have amazing clothing for affordable cost. I prefer to have more designs and collection in business attire. Overall nice staff and service.

A calm and peaceful Max outlet. I found the staff friendly, polite and helpful. As with most other Max stores, this too is well maintained. I particularly liked the way the clothes are arranged so perfectly. Its a treat to your eyes. Theres lots of parking space both in the the front and at the basement of the building.A problem I faced a few times here is the unavailability of the common, medium sized shirts and t-shirts which can go out of stock easily.

Collection is limited, they were running some discounted sale. But most apparells on sale was not good.

Usually I go for Peter England, but this time just checked in for some casual wear. Max fashions is not producing their own garments instead They just brand things which is not good. Tried couple of trousers and found that same sized trousers have different dimensions. So you have to try out all to select the proper size.

You will not get variety of items and all brands. Compare to Kunil it is far behind.

There is a grocery store here that still hesitates to provide carry bags to carry the stuff you purchase even after the court ruling. They force you to buy carry bags by end of purchase if you want to carry the stuff you purchased which i think is very pathetic. Customers end up buying costly carry bags as there is no other option after spending so much time picking up their products and billing them standing in queue. Please step up the customer service. You are definitely already billing them a good price for the products that can easily cover the carry bag expenses.

Max Fashions have always been pocket friendly. Good collection in Sreekariyam Max. A good spot to access.

Electronic equipment from QRS are good friendly salesmen. Max is also a good place to buy clothes.nilgiris is also at the same place where you can get the groceries on the go. Parking is aslo spacious.

Situated near to sreekaryam. A good place to shop for the family. Usually crowded during weekends and promotional offer time. Have good collection for kids and ladies. Car parking available.

Lots of casual and everyday wear available.

Good products at reasonable price. What I didnt like about the shop is the attitude of staffs. Most of the staffs are busy with their own work that they are least bothered to ask the customer what help he or she wants. Even if we ask for help they try to avoid us. Poor service.

You will get more variety here as compared to other Max stores in Trivandrum as this new store is not known to many and comparatively less crowded and more customer friendly. I do most of my shopping here and highly recommend to every one !

I bought one basics branded shirt from the store on 6th oct19. There was a faulty stitching issue and asked for another piece. Since there was no stock, I agreed for them to correct it. When I came back home only I noticed that the thread used for alteration work is of a completely different color from the rest of the dress.Now my Rs. 1799 shirt feels like wasted...

A good option for clothing and footwear . The good thing is much more offers. But the quality is not that much other brands offering. But considering the cost it is worth of buying

If you are a frequent buyer from Max, then there is not much collection for formals here. Lots of casual t-shirts available. If you rarely visit Max shops.. then a must visit shop.

Good place for girls shopping. You can get fashionable dress of your style at different range of price.

Variety of dresses for almost every age. Prices are a bit high. But the staff are friendly. Situated above a supermarket so also able to do some shopping for home if needed. Shy of 5 star because of the prices and also new trends come late.

Bought 3 Tshirts. Got one wrong size. Tried to replace it next day. They said, unable to exchange it because of offer price. Well. You have the power to alter consumer rights. Go on.Quality of the products also degraded terribly these days. Colors are getting faded soon.

Max fashion offers variety of clothes but there are many of same design.If you are working with big firm etc there may be many with same design.You may be moked by the collegues. The second concern is that if you are thin enough you wont have much variety of clothes to opt from.In short they offer good products at favorable price and offers great discount too.

You get good quality clothing, unless you are brand conscious. They have underground parking as well, you can save yourself from parking your vehicle on the road side.

Good location just before Srikaryum. Shop is on the first floor. Ground floor had QRS and Nilgiris. Shop is mainly for ladies. But kids wear is also available. Good selections and sometimes they give good offers too. Last week there was a 50 percent off. Place is neat and clean and very well organised. Staff is also very helpful.

Good store for purchase of kids and gents. Price is not much higher, not much rush is there so can select with freedom. Chappel s price is bit higher so I dont prefer anyone for that, but for dresses you can always. Better for ladies also I think.
