Creative concepts meet our design expectations. Work quality & material supply are excellent. Especially the wooden fixtures were brought to construction site prior to polishing works.Even we are dealing from out of the country, getting daily updates & progress photos. And my parents are very comfortable to deal with. The execution team found very flexible and deliver the quality products on time.Kudos to TGA & Graphite Team. Keep going!!

For me The best part of the graphite team is clients have a dominance for each and every materials on site. Even if materials reached on site; they use it only after getting approval from clients.Keep this going. All the best.

Good team.Best material selection.Outstanding designs...

“HYATT”… Our dream home. We are Living here from last 5 years. We met TEAM GRAPHITE on early stages of their career. Even though we took a risk by giving our project; they delivered us an extraordinarily high-quality work. They were disciplined, thoughtful, and insightful. Mr TG ARUN & ANAND really took time to understand our style and helped us express ourselves with our home. The ambience what is created on our exterior patio is classic. Now we are on a beautiful house and its my dream home,…. as I keep admiring my house as its beautiful adorned by THE GRAPHITE DIVINE HOME….and he has excellent team to be appreciated!!We are still in touch….Thank you “tg”.Dr. SITHARAGynaecologistSasthamkotta

Very good and professional approach in every aspects. Innovative ideas and nice presentation. Always helpful in clearing the doubts in each and every stages of the project, even from the design desk to approval, engineering, BOQ & materials specs., contractor and professional workers selection.....Their attitude in cost cutting and guidance for selection of each and every materials, idea sharing and advices in re- arrangement of space during construction etc. is quite good...very good behaviour and customer support. Good dealings...wish you all the very best and may God bless you to conquer new heights.

One of the best people I have had the pleasure to get my house constructed from. I would say that my home was built with really good quality within a reasonable budget.Arun and his team are so talented, creative, down to earth and very approachable. The service, standard features and commitment to quality was greati have referred my friends and relatives for their projects, coz of my great experience with them.

TG and his team were very informative and very efficient in every step of the his works, especially in designing. His advice was timely, detailed and good value and ultimately successful in deliveringWould definitely recommend him…am a defence personal INDIAN NAVY

THE GRAPHITE DIVINE HOMES - Very professional service. When we initially started looking for architect/contractor we had a tough time to choose one, most importantly a trusted person who can deliver best product on time. I would like to thank TG for his excellent customer service and quality of work right from our Day 1 discussions till the finish. TG was big on listening to our needs and likings. He educated us about all the design elements available in the market. Complete freedom was given to us to select our choice of design almost on all areas. We are completely satisfied with the elegant design TG has done for our house. The final product is above and beyond expectations! Thanks for being so patient with us. I highly recommend their services...

This company even dont have any contact number,. I used them seeing their youtube channel and regret about that decision. Its going to be three years since I signed contract and many works are still pending. My house has started leaking on many places in less than 8 months. Very unprofessional and unethical. Dont use their service if its your hard earned money.

A professional approach to projects in its all areas. They are not only good on designs but also very much dedicated in material selection and structural designs.say their vision towards each projects are different.

We are quite happy with the service offered by Mr. Arun T G and his team. We wanted to build a budget friendly beautiful home with welcoming interiors and warm exteriors. They always showed interest in listening to our requirements and advised us the best solutions accordingly.

We are absolutely thrilled with what in essence is a new home thanks to THE GRAPHITE DIVINE HOMES! From the first time we met, we realized TG ARUN was the sort of architect we wanted to work with as he listened and understood our vision and our constraints. He understood when we wanted to change the design for budgetary reasons something we do not experience when dealing with Architects in our day jobs.He is highly talented, knowledgeable, professional, and well-established in the field and goes a long way to ensure your requirements are addressed both from an aesthetic view and functional view. He was willing to show us completed projects in our area and introduce us to other clients.TG also got a good team to work with. I think we got the best Architecture and Interior Designer firm in Trivandrum; I must say.

JUNIOR – FRIEND- ARCHITECT.TG was my junior at the school level. With that contacts on FB, we were following “THE GRAPHITE” since long back. When it comes to our dream home we hadn’t had to think twice to pick him up.TG ARUN took the greatest pride and care in our project, they nurtured it as if it was their own, and demonstrated such professionalism and confidence that cannot be found elsewhere. Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the project’s success. We are very happy with the way he deals with materials (wood for door/ window frames and handrails) with the suggestions we made rather than on his specifications…. Cool guy.As you are aware I have no hesitation in recommending THE GRAPHITE DIVINE HOMES …and do so regularly to my friends &clients.thanks, bro..

We had very bad experience with THE GRAPHITE HOMES...not at all professional...he commits the work and once we enter into the agreement he keeps us waiting waiting and waiting...we waited for approximately 2years...he just completed basement and gf in 2years that too for a small budget home..he doesnt attend call,we went to his home and office several times...totally disappointed we had to give the work to some other contractor and he completed the work and some how we came out of it...may be he doesnt want to do small budget work but then he should have denied us when we first approached him...

I know TG for long years.Im Not his client. But i know he can do the best. All the best team GRAPHITE...

I made an agreement with this company in May 2020 and till this day 13-03-2021 they couldnt complete the foundation itself. The worst experience in my life. They never answer the calls( site supervisor to company owner same behavior)always switch off or not reachable . Always say so many excuses try to fool the customer.

Kudos to TGA And Graphite Team.Keep going...

Very approachable and highly recommended Good Team..

It has been an incredible journey with Graphite. Considering our inputs they have come up with a great architecture that we loved. And especially the end result is way more ravishing than what we are as a customer would have thought. And their interior creativity is marvellous. They are extremely dedicated and transport in what they do. And these qualities have made us a Happy Graphite Customer🙂
