SFS Waterscapes is a place where I my self live since five years.I have rented an apartment there.This place comes with various amenities like Swimming Pool,Gym,There are four elevators in the building out of which two work at any time.Other two are on standby.Cleanliness is maintained there.They have a bio plant on the terrace which can take the food waste helping and contributing towards the eco system.This building is located adjacent to the Aakullam terrain and facing back waters,providing natures view and benefit.It is now also on the Aakullam-Ulloor road,which offers good connectivity to the city where as staying away from it in a quite environment at the same time.KIMs hospital is located some distance away in event of an emergency.
