The place is available for monthly rental for mostly those who are employed nearby like at Technopark. Good for single accommodation, however not a great place. The monthly rent is not that much. Otherwise keeps changing from time to time, so check with them directly. On the ground floor there are a few business establishments running and there is not much space for parking cars.
