10 storied Apartments. I live here on one of them (17000/ month rent). 3 BHK apartments with 24 hours security, water, electricity and Centralized Gas connection. Ideal for people looking for above average kinda dwelling place. Residents association is active and almost all people are nice and co-operative. 2.5 kms from Technopark back gate. Two Three shops are available where we can purchase basic amenities like milk and other stationery. Only drawback is too far from Kaxhakkoottam junction and movement is possible only if you have your own locomotive (car/bike) as autos and uber are the only other alternatives. Not a bis route.
