Very good experience! Did my fathers cataract surgery here. It was complicated since he had vision only on one eye. However, Dr.Devin took care of everything promptly. I had gone to another major hospital in Trivandrum before coming here and i got a lousy response to just come and do it on a specific day without doing any testing. Dr. Devin on the other hand asked us to do all the tests before finally deciding on a day to do the surgery. During those tests we also found a major issue with HB for my father and rectified it. And had to wait for some more time to do surgery. They follow strict Covid rules of social distancing and masking during the pandemic. The staffs were quite good too and patients are called in an orderly fashion for consultation. They also accept all major insurance. Doctor also responded swiftly on Whatsapp, when my father had some issues later after surgery during the lock down. The only gripe i have is the shortage of parking space, but not a criteria to rate the hospital services which was top notch. I would definitely recommend here.

Great experience, as I had an eye problem during this pandemic and lockdown, and that too on a saturday evening I was too worried. when I opted for an online consulation, I was not confident of getting an appointment. But they promptly responded and by sunday morning instructed me what to do before sitting for consultation with Dr.Devin. He was warm and nice. The treatment he has given is excellent and I am extremely thankful to Dr and team.

Great experience. Been there two times in May 2019, so far so good. Staffs are experienced and caring. Insaw couple of staffs offering very good care to old ladies and aged couples. Specialist doctor Mr. Devin is great, and eye sight testing techician (optometric staff Mr. Chandran ) is awesome.

It is a very important place to be when you have any problems related to your eyes. They provide you with good service and are very friendly. They assistant you in every step of your treatment. The doctors are very good and have a lot of experience treating the patients.The place is very quiet and is very easy to find out. The google maps gibes you accurate location. There is a provision to park your vehicle outside the gate and have separate parking lot for its customers. They also have their own spectacle shop inside the building. All of these are local brands as well as international brands too.They provide hot beverages(paid) as well as drinking water facility adjacent to the waiting area.

Please dont ever try to buy spectacles from the optical store of this hospital. Its the worst with the worst hospitality and customer handling. I gave an old used frame where the glasses of the frame were broken and not the frame which was a branded one. When I told one of the staff that I brought this frame from UAE he literally asked me to go and get it ready from UAE, During this lockdown period when people are taking care of themselves a staff from an optic store is asking me to go overseas for getting my frame ready. I thank the hospital staff for this kind assistance and well managed cooperation with the customer. And one more efficient way of this optic store is that they only take 4 days to make your glasses. Its okay that mistakes might happen from a human and its completely acceptable. But even after breaking our frame theyre saying that its not their mistake and its our mistake that the frame is an old one. Fine let the frame be an old one...Is that the way that a staff talk to a customer during this period when the whole world is suffering. Im feeling really bad that why such good hospital is keeping an optic store like this which everyone complaints. I wish the hospital management would take this review positively and take some actions to improve the condition of the optic store that its having.

Had some service quality issue from the staffs, but after my feedback the management took the immediate steps to find out and rectify it. Very happy with their customer care. Good that they are valuing my feedback on priority basis.

My husbands both eyes surgeries were there. The do is pure business man once my husband got migrain attack just after operation. But Dr was making fun n didnt helped us. Second time he got sight after 15 days. It was a blunder.... never go to such butlers

Dr. Devin and and his staffs were very nice to us. My 3 year old son had an eye infection. I searched for best pediatric eye doctor in trivandrum in Google. I got details regarding 2 doctors. One in Chaithanya eye hospital and another in Precise. Didnt get appointment at Precise. After reading reviews in google maps for the doctor in Chaithanya I decided to take him to an usual eye doctor. Dr. Devin was very friendly to my kid. He gave medicine for 7 days and suggested us not to send him to play school till its cured. After 3 days we went for review. The second consultation was free. Its difficult for a first timer to notice the hospital from road. There are 2 parking spaces near the hospital. But if a car come from opposite direction it may cause congestion.

Treatment by Dr. Devin relieved me of concerns that troubled me for more than a year.Check up was quick. Staff was friendly. Cost was nominal. I would highly recommend Dr. Devin Prabhakar.

Got driving license vision checking in a limited time..... bring a application form( you will get it from nearby akshaya) and a passport size photo with you..... charges 200 rs..... and checking is done.....

Dr Devin and team provides a very personalized care system. My 80 year old dad is very picky with his care provider choice. Hes extremely sensitive to pain and can be quite a difficult customer at times. Dr. Devin was very adept and assured with his approach in terms of winning my dads confidence. Dr. Devin explained to us what the need of the hour was and going forward what to be expected. He was quite transparent with us regarding the situation. My dad is being seen by Dr. Devin to treat AMD. This disease needs periodic visitations and eye injections to bring it under control. My dad was quite happy with reposing the faith into Dr. Devins hands. We live about 120 kms north of Tvm and my dad is willing to undertake the journey (quite painstaking for his age) to Tvm every six weeks to have himself checked out. God bless this eye care center, Dr. Devin and the team.
