Avoid this phone at all costs!!!In late July or early August, I purchased the LG G4 Revolution under an AT&T contract. Worked fine at first, with the exception of a couple of error messages such as telling me I wasnt connected to WiFi when I was; or telling me I hadnt uninstalled a program when I had.Not even one year into buying this phone, my cat fell very ill, and I needed the call my vet. But I got an error message telling me Emergency Calls Only. I couldnt dial out. When I tried later to call out from work, the call dropped. I contacted AT&T tech support. The sent me a Microcell for the reception, but my phone would not connect to it, so they sent me a replacement phone. That also would not connect, so they sent me another Microcell.On May 5th, I was scheduled for my delivery job (I use the GPS on my phone). This horrible phone completely crashed. I couldnt even turn it off without removing the battery. It would not get past the boot screen. The AT&T repair store said it was a software issue and offered to send me another phone. Then they saw the open orders for all the other replacement equipment, and there was a delay in sending me this other replacement phone. I was due to be at work in two hours.I got my replacement phone on June the 7th. The very next day, my cat fell ill again, and when i tried calling the vet, once again, this new phone gave me the same Emergency Calls Only error. So off to work I go, to explain what is going on. I couldnt even call the vet using this phone from my job.Next thing I did, was stop by the AT&T store where I bought this LG, and handed it back to them, paid the $197.0 balanced owed on this piece of crap phone, and purchased my first iPhone. Then off to the vet to drop another $165.00. I will not bore you with the countless wasted lunch hours at the post office trying to return all this equipment.Oh, did I mention that I read yesterday that there was a recall on this very phone, one month after I purchased mine? Would have been nice to know this, AT&T, if this is true. By the way-- be very wary of all the five star reviews for this junker. While some might be accurate, many are tagged by Best Buy and AT&T, so are sure to be slanted.At any rate, I will never again purchase any item from LG. I have a thoroughly bad taste in my mouth from this experience, and may even stay away from Androids for a while. I am definitely feeling the burn:(
