Really enjoyed yoga here! Great 90mins with the best teacher! Definitely recommended!

There are two lessons at 7 am and 16 am.In the off-season, May was two friends with me, but the lesson while feeling the sea breeze was pleasant.Suris adjustment was quite hard and the body got occasional, but after the lesson the whole body was surprisingly light!Positioning was also accurate, and I was able to succeed in head standing for the first time.Since yoga mats are old, we recommend that you bring your own or the type of thing you want to lay on top of it.
