This is my first time getting this type of surgery.I had accumulated fat in my thighs and it was giving me a lot of trouble. It was just disgusting to look at. I have had a bad experience with this clinic. I went through the process of hair transplant of my mustache. After the surgery I noticed a size mismatch in my mustache. I immediately informed the doctor. Months later, the doctor agreed to fix it with another procedure. Even after the second procedure, the problem is still not resolved. Now the planted hairs are shedding. Now the doctor does not take responsibility for the procedures he did. I spent Rs. 40,000 / - and all my money was wasted. I would not recommend anyone to this clinic.

This review is written not to downplay Cosmetiq Clinic. Rather, it is a rethink for those who plan for a consultation with Dr. Bibilash Babu.This is the misfortune I had to face there. I had my hair transplanted at this clinic. But after couple of months the transplanted hairs started shedding. So, I consulted the doctor to get a solution for this.This time, the doctor said it was normal and that some hairs would fall out sometimes. He added that no guarantee could be given for the procedures to be followed there. If not, even a doctor can give a guarantee, why do we pay so much for a surgery?I reluctantly went back to the doctor again after 3 months, when I saw my hairs shedding one by one within days. When he saw me this time, he spoke to me with so much anger. It was only later that I realized why. He says I posted a negative review on the Clinic page. But I never posted a review like he said. So, this time he was not willing to listen to any of my worries or concerns just because of that review (That was posted by one Praveen Kumar). He argued with me badly. To justify his part.At last he said he could do another procedure if I needed to, but he said it would be double the amount what I had already given. Or he told me I could go to any other clinic and do it for less money. He was threatening me this time. I got out of there thinking things would get worse when I talked more.I also went this clinic first time, just because of seeing the positive reviews posted by a lot of people about this clinic. My note is a reminder to all of you to think twice before consulting with this doctor. There is another face inside this doctor. That is what I saw and experienced. Dr. Bibilash Babu is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen in my life.My reply to your response:I never told you to give a discount for hair transplant procedure.Let me remind you of one thing if you forgot. It was at that time after the first procedure that I told you about the size mismatch. Then you said that it is not possible to know now and that the actual result can only be known after three months. Thats why I came to see you there 3 months later. You can check your office record to verify the same or check the CC TV footages. How can one lie while being a doctor?It is on my 3rd visit that you say you can do a re-procedure. Its true that you did not charge a fee for that. How can you charge me for your only mistake?Why lie like this again and again in order to justify your fault. My second hair transplant procedure was done on Aug’20. Then I came to see you in Dec’20(after 3 months) with the problem of hair shedding. You are proving again and again that you are a lying doctor.When it comes to the review posts shared, It does not matter who posted these two. If I did, why should I hesitate to tell you? Why are you afraid of negative remarks? You provide us with the service we need by paying the fees you asked. Then the customer is the king here and It is our right to express our feelings/thoughts via comments.

Went to this clinic after watching an interview of Dr.Bibilash Babu.Pre and Post surgery services were good.Recommended for cosmetic procedures.

1. PRP treatment - highly recommendedVery minimal hairfall after the treatment and with the medicines given.2. Face Peel - recommendedAlthough I had two sessions, but could find the difference in the skin.3. Microblading - NOT RECOMMENDEDHad a very bitter experience with the work done by doctor and had to go to another microblading expert to get it rectified. The choice of colours and the strokes done by doctor was a mismatch for me. Even after follow up sitting, it just got worse.The staffs were extremely friendly and attentive. Had to give 2 star just as microblading went bad and being in face just made you feel worse. Doctor seem to be expert in cosmetic surgery but not skilled enough for microblading.

If I had a 0 rating option, that would be appropriate here. My husband got a skin treatment to remove his back acne spots.After applying the creams they provided itchy red rashes started to appear. We called to the clinic multiple times for consulting the doctor. On 18 oct we informed them the issue. They told doctor is unavailable and asked to contact on 19. On 19 we again called and response was to call back on 20 so they will see to arrange a telephonic consultation. On 20 we called again and same answer doctor is not available and asked to call on 22, the consultation day for doctor. This was the worst experience we received. They denied us proper treatment at right time. Guys please it wad seeing the 5 star rating we chose this place and ended up with a 0 star serviceResponse to your explanation: I better expected you to be honest atleast at this point. You are just laying out a bunch of lies . There was never a single call from your clinic to my or my husbands phone until I marked my review on google and facebook. I challenge you to prove this if your front office team called us. Since it was a concern of our health we called you multiple times. After putting the review we received multiple calls from your clinic to remove the review. It required a review for your front office executive to call us and check out on the issue. There could have been no response If we didnt added a review. It is all about your business. But sorry we dont want to play with our health on such a unproffessional irresponsible clinic. I accept the fact that we got the suggestion to stop acnelite and continue using triglow from your staff. Now I wonder if your front office staff is trained to treat allergies too. If your staff gave this suggestion after consulting the doctor why didnt she connect us to the doctor? Now we are getting treatment from a well reputed place and the first thing they told us after seeing this allergy is triglow is allergy causing . Your professionalism was even unable to find the root cause. We could have been satisfied if you atleast had the concern to call us. There was no option of video consultation suggested to us until yesterday we raised the review. If this is the way how your team treated us for a darkspot treatment, we cant trust about rest of the procedures at your clinic. Better suggest you to improve and be responsible towards customers.If provided a good service you never ever have to call back to remove the review

I got good result‌ from here. If you want to do a cosmetic surgery, I recommend it. The thing is I get good advice from the doctor and so much support from the staff. I felt that Dr Bibilash babu is very experienced in cosmetic surgery. So I highly recomment the cosmetic clinic for getting better result and value for money... all the best
