Their burgers were okayish and their drinks, crushers had too much of flavour and wasnt that great. Sandwich felt better than the burgers according to me. Ambience seems nice.

Loved the burgers and the service. Tried the Titan beef burger and the black jack for kicks. Pleasantly surprised to find both were delicious, not greasy or crumbly. Just right. The black Jack had a good kick of spice and the tangy taste of the jalapeños gave me something different from what I’m used to with burgers. 5 stars for imagination and good vibes.

Uptown Burgery is just near Vedhika stores and Dar Es Saleem Café at Sasthamangalam ,Trivandrum. The service was really good and in friendly manner and they also sanitize the serving places as soon as the customer leaves. The food is really great cant wait to go again. Loved it : ) The price is normal ranging from 40(lime only) to 500 I guess. You will get tasty burgers, stomach filling pastas, steaks and good juices and a lot more do visit and do try the burgers and pastas😋

This is the second time from uptown burgery. First one was dine in. This time it is home delivery. As usual the food is awesome. Ordered two types of fries and three type of burgers. Fries were cheesy fries and baconator fries. Burgers are Herbi Derbi chicken burger, uptown titan burger, and tandoor retreat chicken burger - all recommended by Swiggy. All awesome. Quality-wise and portion size were really good.

Red hood burger and Tandoor retreat burger .Red hood burger replaces the usual bun with beetroot which gives the buns a deep reddish colour and it offers a bit sweetness to it too. I personally thought the sweetness would’ve destroyed the burger but it didn’t and it’s a must try burger if you go to…The tandoor retreat burger is one of the juiciest burger ive ever tried. This place has its own ambience.Its a very cosy place but not so capacious! The food served here is excellent and quantity served is very liberal.I have been there thrice and every time I had to wait for sometime to buy a seat. Even during this covid time,they are a real crowd pullers. Social distancing is maintained and the tables are properly sanitized once a customer leaves.We ordered for the dippy burger but unfortunately it was out of stock at 6 o clock itself as it seems to be the most demanding item of their menu.So we settled ourselves with the redhood and blackjack burgers. Both were equally good and the only difference felt was the taste of the bread,one had a slight sweet taste of beetroot and the other had a charcoal bun. I liked the red one better. We also ordered uptown special fries ,the minced beef curry spread on top of the fries made me flabberghasted. We planned to order ice tea but they dint have ice at that time so we had to settle down with juices with no ice.Overall the experience was really good,its a nice place to hangout and chit chat with your friends!

Good place for burgers at Trivandrum.

One of the finest place to dine in Trivandrum I think. The experience had been nice. They are open and let you dine in post covid. The place is nicely kept and beautifully done. The music compliments the looks. The tone is set right. We tried the Cheesy dip and titan burger that day. There was mild rain aand it was just beautiful. Food is tasty it will not taste the same as the kfc or mcd burger these will be different and tastes far better than the other ones. The buns werent toasted tough it tastes fine. The meat patty is tasty and the sauce compliments the taste. Average cost for two is 700-800 as of Dec 2020.

Uptown brings some interesting flavours on burgers. But most of what they have to offer is squashed up in sauce and syrups that the original flavor of the burger does not really come out. They have some interesting cheese-sauce-frenchfries combination on a platter and they call it different names like the baconator, uptown fries and so on. The dish too is so drenched in sauce that one would only feel the flavor of ketchup and nothing else. The smack of sauces in their dishes is too much that it really give a kick in the fatigue sector of the brain.The outlet is small with seating for 20-30 people and a small kitchen in the rear end. The interior is an elongated narrow space and every table and chair is squeezed into the space in a adorable approach that doesn’t say erroneous. Décor is done pleasingly with brick and wooden glitz all over. Books and board games are also in the corner for readers who want the American Café experience.They’ve got drinks too on the menu which are the usual and nothing mildly outstanding.On the whole, the place is passable and needs a serious systemic, top to bottom restoration.

Perfect place to have burger as the name suggests. Cozy seating and a very quick attentive service staff. Had a soup, salad and burger from here. You may give the soups a miss but the salads and burgers are worth the money.

I would say best burger i had in town up till now, with hand made patty and a considerably affordable price.You get that authentic burger experience of juicy burger patty rather than a stiff frozen one.4 star just because of the small space they have. Make sure you dont go at a crowded time or else ends up waiting for quite a while before you can palettes can be delighted with the juice flavours of the burgers.

Had a very pleasant and delightful experience at Uptown. While the place is small, they have made sure that it’s worthwhile with books, excellent choice of music ( at the right volume too) and of course, good food! While they primarily offer and experiment with burgers, their menu is inclusive and should have something for everyone. The ambience was really good and made me forget about the ongoing pandemic for a while. The staff ensured the same too! I am so glad I found this place in my city. Keep going strong, you guys at Uptown! :)

The burger bun could have been roasted.. or atleast heated... But when it was given to us.. the bun was so cold.. it felt like it was taken directly from the freezer and served..despite the cold bun the taste was good. The fries served along with it was tasty❤️

I went for an easy burger and I ended up lured by the beefsteak options which I approached full of expectations still hesitant especially because I had to win the reluctance to accept my medium-rare cooking request.The pepper sauce steak I got exceeded my hopes: from the presentation of the dish along with the steak knife, a well-balanced amount of veggies, puree, the juicy meat with the pepper sauce and two slices of garlic baguette which pleased me to no end.

The place is small with enough seating. They have a nice dim lit ambience with a great choice of music.The service is to the point. Everyone wears their masks on properly. All the time I have been here amidst the pandemic, I have felt safe.My favourite is the three musketeers burger, because I love bacon and pepperoni. Their beef patty is awesome. And they dont mess up the burger with sloppy sauces.The icing on the cake is the toothpick that holds the burger together. Makes it less messy, especially when you are eating the double patty burger

A must go place in Trivandrum. Their burgers and sandwiches are to die for. Loved it so so much. They have great food, cozy ambience and lovely music. A perfect blend. Another burger place in Trivandrum City, but first exclusive one on Vellayambalam Sasthamangalam Stretch.The look and feel of the place is very new and refreshing. The menu, not so much. Very similar to Olds Cool bistro.The dish used for serving was different than we are used to. The burger as such was again not so different than most other places. Nothing to complain, but nothing to say wow either.One thing that was annoying is the fact, that in the menu it said burger is served with vegetables. However they only served French fries. Only fries do not constitute vegetables. They could write served with fries, and I had hopes for boiled vegetables.

The ambiance was good. The mist try item is French fries with Jamaican twist which makes tangy and spicy.The butterscotch shakers and the Nutella Kit Kat shakers was good. The only thing that lack is the presentation skill. It was absolute zero because the burgers we ordered was good but presented in a paper plate was last thing to see.

Uptown Burgery or Uptown Burglary?? Just received my first order of four tuna sandwiches via Swiggy which cost me around Rs 580 after super discount. Please refer photos to judge the portion for yourself. Each of that triangle shaped sandwich is sold at around Rs 150 and its dimensions are 7.5cmX7.5cmX10.5cm. Tried to contact uptown burglary at the number provided. It says the number doesnt exist. Will not recommend to anyone. Subway is far cheaper and has better portions as standard compared to uptown burglary. Ive requested Swiggy to refund money worth two of uptown burglarys sandwiches.Edit1: I cant find the photos I uploaded with the review.Edit2: On contacting Swiggy, theyve initiated refund of Rs 290 after negotiating from their initial offer of Rs 100 off of next order. The refund is expected within 5 working days.Edit3 (response to owners reply):I acknowledge the prompt response from Swiggy in refunding Rs 290. The tuna sandwich supplied by you costs Rs 3.75 per gram. Meanwhile subway tuna 6 sub costs Rs 0.81 per gram.Quality wise your product is not as good as subway. The facts being so, Im inclined to decline your patronising offer till such time as when I would be able to afford a 600 rupees snack or till the Indian economy forces me to take a begging bowl. Hence I dont think it would be worthwhile to pursue our interaction on this subject.

A nice little cafe with some good food. They didnt have steaks or sodas on the day I visited, though the menu had them. Tried the uptown fries and barbeque beef burger. Both were on the saltier side, but pretty delicious. For the ambience provided, the prices are pretty economical too. I would definitely recommend the place.

Got the Tex Mex style and Buffalo Chicken burgers home-deliveres the first time and loved it. The texture of the bread and the patty was just right. I so wanted to visit the place and went there 3 weeks back. The place was charming enough - Good lighting, some books to read, a couple of board games and well arranged. But half of the items I asked for were unavailable including hot chocolate, soups and some main dishes. I am hoping this is because the dishes are limited due to the Covid times or is it because I went there at 8pm? Loved the uptown cheesy fries. For some reason, I didnt find the famed Dippy Burger all too delicious... could be because I had my heart set on an unavailable dish. I dont remember the burger that my friends ordered, but I think they liked it. I am willing to go the place another chance and am rating the food based on my first experience. Will visit the place again.

I chose to try this burger joint after seeing the wonderful reviews online. I was terribly disappointed. I had tried the Tex Mex and Titan Beef burger. The patty was cooked well and large, but the good news ends there. The rest of the burger is a disaster. It was too dry, there was no sauce and the bread used was the sweet kind and not the kind used in burgers. I really dont know how this place has such high ratings. They definitely need to have a makeover of their burgers.
