With covid-19 nowadays, the business is strict and only allows you to get in by following the proper protocols. Staff members assist you by getting your own wait list number and falling in line. Sales staff is willing enough to assist and cover your needs and items you are looking for.

Hopefully they would restock essential network hardware good example is routers.

The store has limited products the parts sold here are not as much as I expected and although I got what I wanted their products are not up to the latest technology other than that is a ok place to visit.

Worst Customer Service! Please make sure your employees are properly trained in handling customers ( Especially the sales people on the table). Clearly they have no training whatsoever.

Very bad customer service. Store is too big you would think its the best store in town. but calling on the phone you will be greeted (actually no greeting at all) by a female representative who seems to be pissed that you called. she sounds sleepy and stubborn and will just say ill transfer you to tech ill transfer you to sales then cold transfer. nobody will answer you from wherever it is they are transferring you and after waiting for 5min the original representative will hangup your phone. so rude parang walang pinag aralan ang mga staff. when you walk-in their store you are greeted by people who look like they hate their jobs. AFTER SALES is even worse, i bought a video card which had some defects on it so i returned it in 3 days, they took the card shipped it to manila after 30 days it came back its the same CARD ( not replaced ) with some traces of oily stuff in the board. i dont know why i bother with these people.

This place has lot of selective stock for monitors, UPS units, Printers, and TVs. However the cashiers are very slow to process transactions, and Roxas Night Market every night makes it difficult to shop there after 3:30 PM since the entrance is blocked off.
