I have been using their product for last 2 years, which provides various power line protections and automatic phase selection. So far its performing well. There was once a failure in its protection circuit due to a lightning event. It has saved my home appliances, but got one of the protection mechanism damaged during this event. The response from Eptric was excellent and the next day they fixed the issue at my site.

Great product!. My aged parents in Thrissur had constant electrical problems (due to voltage fluctuations, double line fault etc) and it was hard to get electricians on time to fix them. After getting this product installed, all the problems are gone now. It also protects the equipments from lightning. We had been using this product for about an year and are very happy with it. Highly recommend this to safeguard the house equipments

We are using this product last 2 year, recently there is a very high voltage issue in our area and many of our neighbours equipment got damaged, except my house. An excellent engineered product

The product which eptic phase changer is better than works what I expected
