A good place to shop at. Its got a wide range of products. I like the fact that they even fully stock less purchased items unlike other supermarkets. Has a lot of stock on all products and the sheer variety is quite amazing, atleast when compared to other supermarkets in the area. Not too pricey I would say. Has good some good offers here and there but dont expect too much of and offer when shopping.All in all, a good place to shop at with the only disadvantage being the small size of the parking lot.

Located opposite to kalyan textile in thiruvalla-tmm hospital road. Most of the times parking facility is available however if possible two wheeler will be suitable. Similar to a More supermarket. Almost everything required for a household is available. All payment options are accepted.

Parking space is a big problem. Apart from that they have all the essential items in their store.

A complete supermarket. The security guy over there is really helpful and the same with the staff. Mind that it has limited parking space. Please increase the counters. Most of the time even during large queues only two counters will be open for billing

Please be informed that before it was a cinema 🎥 theater called Deepa due to some personal financial circumstances forced to closed-end.Thenafter, Spencers mall has been introduced. New items are available here. Employees are good behavior with the customers, items are not expensive. During my visit I found one family 10 km away from Tiruvalla and stated that good and freshly items are available, not costly.Make your trip to Spencer near Kalyan Textile show room. Especially use the guide Google maps.Thank you

It is a nice shop with friendly staff. It has parking space just outside the shop which is a blessing in disguise. The shop has great deal of offers and exquisite range of imported vegetables like zucchini, colored bell peppers, broccoli, etc. You get almost everything under one roof.

Its an okayish supermarket. All kind of groceries are available but the vegetables and fruits are super pricy compared to More or other supermarkets.

Heads up.. Double check your Bills, We had experienced more than 2 times on one item getting billed twice. But on the good side.. once reported the amount was refunded. Many might not even take a look at their bills now a days..

No adequate staff. Things are not arranged in a proper manner to identify. It would better if they put some kind of boards mentioning the category of items placed in certain areas.

Things are good, but no discount for certain packet items as we receive from supermarket. Things are costly comparing with other market. Only for certain things they give offer mainly the goods that reach to expiry date.

Get almost everything that you require from a supermarket

Located in heart of the city.

A month back purchased 4 packets of Milk and all got spoiled and had informed the management. Recently one week back again purchased 4 packets of Milk and all got rotten. Similarly purchased 9 coconuts and out of which 4 were rotten . Cant understand why Spencers is giving rotten food . Earlier I had given 5 star rating but the recent incidents is for ing me to give no rating at all .

Best Super market in Thiruvalla with almost all grocery items plus vegetables, fruits , bakery, stationary items. Shop is spacious with high ceiling and air conditioned . The staffs are helpful. Location of the shop is at the centre of the city. We can easily find and access the shop. Good ambience too.Sometimes (if not most of the times) there are very good offers/ discount sales. We can make both cash payments and card payments. Billing some time may be slow.Good parking space and there are security staff to help for parking.They dont provide free packing covers but chargeable covers are there. It is better to take carry bag with you.

One place where I always choose to buy the groceries. Weekends at Spencers are pretty busy and one thing I always felt bad about this place is that not all the 4 counters will be open all the time.

Some great collection and good quality products here. And yes decent parking space as well. However one thing will spoil the entire shopping experience. They charge Rs. 25 for the shopping bag. That’s obviously the highest amount that you will probably pay for a shopping bag.

This is one of the branches of the chain of supermarkets. The place is spacious but with a tiny parking lot that can fix half a dozen cars. There is a good selection of food and non food to choose from. There is not much of a wait at the counters. Friendly staff.

Aged and non tech savvy people who have no clue how to do the card transaction quickly, makes the wait longer at checkout. High prices and inferior quality service

Its a reasonable place to go shopping but the issue is that the aisles where there are fruits and vegetables are unkept and most of their packaged food is old. The service isnt too bad but the shopkeepers have slight confusion about availability of products. They also dont have much parking.
