I guess much more than commenting on the amenities, shops, and technical details, Chalakkuzhi is a memory lane for me. Buying jewellery and dresses at an affordable prices, buying your audio CDs and cassette, fried chips straight from the giant pan, fresh flowers for different occasions and much more. To sum it up this place had all the things needed for my college celebrations.

A congested bazaar. The sellers over there will pull you inside to the shop. But in this pandemic condition this is not good and they dont wear mask properly. So at your own risk go. Went to buy christmas items, they will say they give good products and offered priced. But its all fake. Check the product completely before buying and mind like other bazaar they say the price really high and you need to bargain :)

It’s one of the oldest shopping street in Thiruvalla. I used to visit here ever since I was a child and I’m happy that it’s still here. The best thing about this place is Chips and non branded cloths and footwear. Also there are a lot of local electronic items and fancy stores. You probably get what you are looking for here.
