Well I just visited them for my laptop screen issue well did they sort it? Not so, the staff told me with 2500 the problems will be sorted and(after weeks) today I just called them and they told me that the staff which told you about the repair doesnt know anything about computer repair and stuff WTH BROFrom the above you guys can understand what kind of service they are doing and the how they treat the customer and just randomly telling the price of anything without even looking or askingI will add a picture of what work they done.cello taped the lcd cable, They just bended the frame. Dont ever give anything that you care and the result will be worse than this.For your & your pc good service visit any other shops than this one 😐

The Lady who attends the phone is very rude and arrogant. She is not ready to listen to the problem, simply tells us the shop opening time. Well in that case we wouldnt have called . Absolutely unprofessional.hopefully the owner reads this and makes changes.

Didnt resolve my issue, denied home service and not even able to diagnose the issue, when described the fault in system, the operator looked dumbfounded like a deer in Christmas lights.

Staff behavior is very bad and they will charge extra even if you have warranty. Not at all customer friendly.Better you visit kottayam or Changanacherry for some pleasant experience.Dont regret further.

I gave my laptop for service and they didnt even touch for 15 days and lied to my face. Today i just brought it back and gave to another service center!

I Gave My Laptop which is under warranty For service. Now its been 3 weeks. And i have work pressure from my company as well. I said this to them and they are not even considering it. They are telling that the part isnt shipped yet. Poor response.
