Interactions are good. But if you need more service like recovering of hard drive data then please head to service centers in Ernakulam or similar place.

Worst service provider.they will charge you of anyhow something even if the product is under warranty.the charge they are taking is for software installation.if you go with any hardware problem also they will make sure to charge you by taking software installation charges even if it is not required.i have made a mistake by buying a laptop from them.i dont know if this is done by this dealer/service provider or instrcted from toshiba to do so.would give 0 rating to them
