Having being fed up to the core with the looting and pathetic experience of Asianet Broadband. I learnt of Express Network service providers. They were quick to respond and get me a new connection fixed in one day itself. The only problem was that they didnt have a 2 or 3 months plan but only 6 months in advance. Awesome service and hope this continues in future....👍

They have a very reliable service. Arun is very professional in handling requests, being transparent and setting right expectations. Using this for almost 2 months now, so far this would be the best network I have used so far in terms of reliability and downtime. I have recurring meetings in the night and they only had one instance of a relatively long downtime (2 hrs) - I suggest it would be great if you guys can notify about the long downtimes before hand. Overall I would still rate them 5 as they are way ahead compared to other providers. All the Best!

I came to thiruvalla and found this network thru reviews. After one month of usage want to say that it is very good. Response is also very prompt from them. No issues faced till now. just expensive when compared to Mumbai

Unfortunately I cannot speak to the quality of their service only about my negative application experience. My feedback:Poor value: They said they will provide internet services only if I pay for ONE full year in advance. Not sure which year they live in.Not responsive: I had to keep calling them for any update pertaining to my application. They keep promising updates which do not happen. And then they ask you for a years payment in advance.Usually responsiveness is indicative of customer service.

Connection is Excellent and the upload and download speed are always constant. Their customer service is also good. Highly recommended for people working from home.

I have a 100 Mbps fiber connection for the past 6 months at my home and till date the speed and service has been very good...getting 90 Mbps up & down.Response to my queries were prompt from Mr. Arun. If you are a normal broadband user using the connection for browsing, netflix, gaming etc then their service is highly recommended.However if you are looking into tunneling into your network using VPN, it will not work as the ISP does not give you a public ip since they are using CGNAT.(Carrier Grade NAT).I have been monitoring the upload and download speeds from my firewall and IOT Server and I am attaching pics for reference.Attached pics are for last 24 hrs, 7 days, 30 days and 90 days for the technically oriented.The dips are when speeds have come down.Latency is also graphed.I am giving only 4 stars since I was looking for VPN connectivity (which was possible with my previous BSNL Connection) and it is not possible with the present setup.Decided to shift from BSNL as speeds were very low for the price paid.Have recommended them to others as I am a satisfied customer till date.(Feb 1st 2020)
