A good powerful temple which offers you a peaceful worship. The temple is maintained very well by the staffs. The priest offers prayers in tamil, theyre very polite and patient during poojas.Heard that this temple is built before 1200 years, the architecture is great. The praharam has 2 towers where its the second place to find such other than kaasi. Its situated inside a village has good roads and parking facilities.A must watch place. It has many historic believes.

The Shiva Linga here is said to be with Goddess Umayaval in a formless posture as he had offered her his left half of the body. Hence there are two vimanas atop the sanctum sanctorum. The structure resembles closely the one at Kaasi Viswanadhar temple. At the south of the inner pragaram are the “Saptha Kanniyar, Ayyanar, Sridevi Bhoodevi Samedha Varadharaja Perumal offering their grace.Worshipping the Ayyanar here with ghee lamp of Panguni Uthiram brings one prospects for constructing a house. The Yoga Dhakshinamoorthy here offers knowledge and intellect if offered worship with ghee lamp. This temple of great antiquity, is included in the Kshertavenba of the Tamil saint, the Ayyadigal kadavarkon, who should be ascribed to the days before Appar and Sambandar. Varahi here is worshipped specially even by devotees of Coimbatore region with specific vows.

Arulmikku Mangambagi Sametha Thirunedungal Nath, Nithyasundareeswarar Temple, Thirunettangal.Festival: Pradosha worship is special here. Nataraja has a six-year puja. The four are specially worshiped in their own Thirunastra. A special worship and special pooja is performed on Adi Friday. Here, Lord Shiva is blessed as Swayambhu Murthy. From 6.05 to 6.15 am on the 7th to 12th of the month of Adi, the sun shines down on the source. The temple is to the east with two prakaras. The front of the temple is Tirukulam. There is no tower in the first gate of the temple. The second entrance has a magnificent tower with beautiful carvings. There are shrines of Somaskandar and Chandrasekhar in the southeast of Upparkaragaram. The Saptakannis, Dakshinamurthi and Iyenar are blessed in the South. There is a separate shrine for Valamburi Ganesha in the virgin corner. There is a separate shrine of Lord Murugan with the deity in the western prakara. On the south side are the Varadarajappamalu shrine with Upayi nachiyas and in the north is the Agasthiyar shrine. On the opposite side of it is the Agasthiyar Theertham. Theertham is never dry.On the outer corner of the northeast corner is the Tirukkayarayana Hall and the Ambal Shrine.Talabarem: Parvati is a marvel in the corner of the temple. Thus there are two towers at the top of the corner. It is the only one here after Kasi. There is no right thumb of the enthusiast Somaskandar. The reason for the change of role of a slave was saved by witnessing the case. The legend says that the prince cut off his finger. Sambandar and Arunagirinath are sung in this Thousand Hundred Years old. This is where Agastya comes in and worships. From 6.05 to 6.15 am, the sunshine pooja will be held on the 7th to 12th of the month of Adi.History: Shiva was the one who gave his place to power. His name is Ardhanarisvara. Eesan, who is a central figure in other temples in the corner, has given up his place for power in Tirunelveli, near Trichy. Though there are only two Shivalingas, there are two.Thirunettangalam is the name of the Great City in the Plains. Mother Parvati had penance in this place of Lord Shiva.
