I would say that DHL has good and fast service but the staff are unprofessional and very rude to be honest and acts as if they owns the company not knowing its a international companyDHL can do better and give a good service to people using it and FYI its not only my one experience review its more than 10 + orders with DHL now…very dissatisfied!!!

Seriously i have been using this courier for a long time now but whenever i send some parcel there were always problem and when i tends to contact the staff they are very impolite its a lady i can update on the name as soon as i know who she is but authority should look into this matter because its hard for customer to deal with such staff members

Only DHL representative in the country. I have had few consignment received through DHL Bhutan office the service is very reliable. At times they delivered the package even during off time straight from airport.
