Lots of Hidden chargesMet some of the residents. One owner who moved in few months back explained about the hidden charges by the builder. Corpus fund of 50 thousands was not mentioned in the sale agreement and builder is hiding some charges and claiming it as all inclusive price. People who bought newly are in a tussle with the welfare association due to this issues . Enquire with the residents in detail if you plan to buy

Hi Everyone, I have visited the Village Project , Nice plan ,Execution with the affordable price . And also Good Ground water source which you will not be seen anywhere near Chennai . Do visit the Project if you are searching for peaceful environment , Im sure you will get positive vibes which I already experienced.

Recent update as on 22nd aug 2019 is recommended not to buy the property. Even though many people facing the issues with builder there are other issues started arising like drainage on the road. The localites recently made a way to the pond opposite to the property leading the drainage water. Also nearby places there are illegal wells are digged with bomb blasts. That makes the shake the building during blasts. Even though many petitions filed along with other nearby associations of the buildings Thalambur panchayat doesnt take any actions as they do not want to. U will get water and good air only for 2 years. So think and buy with the risk.

Dangerously close to high tension linesMost of the community is very close to high tension power transmission lines . Highly injurious to our health. Its a stupid decision to have kids play area under high tension lines and expose children to electromagnetic radiation

If u are interested to move away from city pollution.. Right place to pick as residence

I like villas in gated community , the main entrance of the property is EAST & with water body. it is very very good for vastu for the total community and also each villa having 100% vastu

Highly insecureFence open in some areas for construction purposes. Laborers staying inside the community even using the play areas. None of the residents gave positive feedback. Seems like the residents are paying for the maintenance even though the community is under construction. 8 channel cctv for 90 villas is a cruel joke

Worst Quality and no proper amenitiesWe bought Villa here on 2016. Since that time We face lot of power fluctuations and the builder side didnt turn for it. The main door was said to be made in teakwood but it is not worth and we paid extra amount for that.No proper play area and amenities.

Recently visited this property. First of all there was no proper to access the front gate. As far i can see few houses were occupied and still some construction work is going on. Pavement is full of construction materail (high chance u might damage ur tyres). Facilites were not up to the mark (nothing is completed so far). Noticed that front door of houses which were occupied had lot of repatching work which shows very poor build quality also.

Went to meet my friend residing in one of the villas, Not secure, No proper fencing. The approach roads are too deserted and no lights. It was a scary experience to commute during night. Children play area had construction waste and metal scraps which are too dangerous . None of the residents gave good feedback about the builder
