This is the origin of famous melmalayanur angala parameswari temple, yes this kaliyamman temple is very old, only one kali amman statue available, this is stating in three joint road of Thayanur(near melmalayanur), Thayanur has pudha temple also, I told this because my family origin native thayanur.
