Yesterday i visited and got excited by the neatness and outlook of the shop. Icecrem is so delicious and more than expectation.cordial service and courtesious behaviour and maintain good language.

I am from trichy.This branch ibaco is untidy and poor hygiene.It would be good if you clean the shop.

I visited the shop recently, Shop is neat and clean, Automatic Hand sanitizer is placed, social distancing sticker seen here only, Staffs are wearing double masks with i am vacinated badge, So polite and so many varieties,But i have seen few silly customers arguing with staffs when they instruct us to follow covid safety those peoples are really very bad.

Very good customer service from the boys. , Very energetic and enthusiastic team working and asking what customer needs, we bought parcel and then started to have the ice cream in house, the boys specifically asked to keep our parcel content in the refrigerator 👍.. however the owner seems to be very rude with very little knowledge on ice creams., not sure if it was bad day for him.

Shop is too small.Its not even have enough tables to accommodate customers..

Very worst. Misbehaving and rude speech by staffs. No values and basic respect given for simple looking customers.

I used to come here very often here but now the servers are behaving rude.

I love the variety of ice-cream flavours available here. The choice of toppings is also interesting and keeps me wanting to try different combinations. The ice-cream cakes that are available are amazing! I have tried the black forest version. But my favourite thing at Ibaco their ice-cream milkshakes. It is literally milk and ice-cream shaken together in a bottle you get as a keepsake. Just one suggestion though: Dont add toppings to milkshakes, coz they tend to settle at the bottom and you cannot taste them.

Price is very very expensive! Good health natural drinks like lassi, neera, Palmyra fruit juice are all cheap and best but this junk drink which adds fat/cholesterol and hence potentially incur additional medical expenses is way too costlier! Bring down the price....
