Found the best place in the locality to order for tasty and trendy cakes. Their craftsmanship in bringing up the exact design and flavor on the cake is appreciable. Ordered a photo printed cake; the cake and the printed photo on it kept well even after an hour of travel and 4more hours in the refrigerator. More than what I expected. Tried their chocolate muffins and French fries - definitely a good snacking place too.

Please do not order here for delivery. Worst customer service. We had the worst experience ever last week. We had specifically mentioned the time we needed it to be delivered as my parents were on their way to Thanjavur and we knew exactly when they would be reaching there to receive the cake. The delivery guy was sent way ahead of time and as we were not yet there he returned the cake to the shop. When we called and enquired the person from the shop told us that he had sent the cake to be delivered again to us. My parents had to wait in the road for more than an hour. Yes, they were waiting on the ROAD since they wanted surprise their relative with cake for their 50th birthday and not go to their place empty handed. The shop did not share the delivery guy’s number and did not pick up our calls after that either. The shop was just 5 kms away from the place my parents were waiting and The cake that was supposed to be delivered between 7.30 - 8.00 pm was finally delivered at 9.10 pm. Note that we were charged an additional 80 bucks for delivery as well.

I ordered for my son 2nd birthday. The design of the cake is as expected by us. They did the cake very impressive, cartoon characters as per my request. But white forest flavour is not better. Its taste is not like white forest.

Its not a butterscotch cake, its just a icing with sugar. I kg 400₹ utter waste, inside the base cake was dry not at all soft! Total waste.

I never expected such awesome quality in Thanjavur. The cake that we ordered was at par with any high profile cake shop in the big cities of the country. In fact, the cake aesthetically reminded me of a decor cake I saw in Bellagio, Las Vegas. The taste of the cake was by far one of the best that I have had in India (and I am considering even the bigshots, like Flury’s and Kookie Jar)!
