Food and desserts are decent quality. However, the staff lacks basic courtesy of even how to behave with a patron and for that I wouldnt recommend this outlet to anyone and visit Theobroma in The Walk instead. Maybe expensive but worth the experience.

Response on customer care number is absolutely poor / none. Any help required post delivery is none.

Its one of the best Cake shop I have come across. And its unique selling point is its delicious taste and its design. Be it our flatmates or our corporate colleague, none of the birthday celebration is complete without a cake from Ribbons and Balloons. Choco Chip and German Black Forest flavour are its speciality.

The chicken roll is the only best thing. I would recommend worth trying. Cake is okay compared to the competition that is around.

Always buy cakes from here, they have lot of varieties in cakes also the taste is very nice. The main thing is all the cakes are very much reasonable prices.

Very arrogant and ill-manered manager. No one is ready to guide for cake selection... we walked out of the shops and went to Ribbons and Ballons in Anand Nagar area, next to Tropical lagoon . They gave very good and prompt service.
