Copper Chimney located at 2nd floor in Viviana Mall and has chain of restaurants around the city hence doesn’t need any introduction, serving one of best North Indian food since 1972, proper covid-19 protocols were followed, they had a santised culinary kit along with tissues, tooth pick and mukhvas. Lovely Ambience with courteous staff and pleasant atmosphere.We ordered following dishes:-1) Watermelon Juice and Virgin Pina Colada , both of them were very refreshing , proper thick and blended well.2) Whole wheat Roomali Roti which is thier signature item and was very tasty, garnished with onion tomato as it is done for masala papad.3) Just Chicken Grill plate:- It composed of 4 types of kebabs and were properly grilled, soft with juicy and perfect spicy textures.4)Murg Makhani and Garlic Naan :- Murg Makhani is nothing but the butter chicken which was simply perfect , delicious and trust me guys never had such amazing Garlic Naan ever till date.5) Muzaffar :- The perfect end with this dessert , thick luscious rabdi served with crispy golden roasted vermicelli. This Lucknowi rabadi is one thier specialty.

This place is a hidden gem for non vegetarians, located at Viviana Mall, Thane. Started making its mark since 1972 in Bombay, this place is a legend in the space. It is known for their impeccable signature Indian dishes especially North Indian. It has already won people’s heart with their delicacies and outstanding service.After listening so much about this place, me and my wife gave it a try. We had a lovely time trying out their extensive menu. Service is available at every beck of your call. The staff is well versed with the menu and gives excellent recommendations to suit your taste buds.The ambiance is more of a corporate lunch or dinner types. Definitely not recommended for party goers. The decor is quite decent with good furniture and old school ambiance.When we visited, the cocktails menu was not available due to no show stock. Super Sad! But remind you to try out their mocktails, they are indeed very good. My personal favourite was Kiwi Margarita. Do try it and let me know how it was!Coming to food, the quality is really good however you will have to compromise a bit on the portion. At the price they offer it’s too less!Below are some delicacies I tried with my recommendations:1. Grilled Lamb Chops (Recommended): It extracts every ounce of flavour from fresh lamb and sourced ingredients. The Masala was really good. Slowly cooked works wonders.2. Tandoori Grilled Fish (Highly Recommended): Thought the quantity was not that great but I must say the flavour was impeccable and the fish used was super fresh. I think it is marinated upto 8 hours atleast and slowly cooked to perfection.3. Veg seekh kebab (okayish): The taste was delicious however it was really dry. Might be made in a clay oven.4. Veg jalfrezi (not recommended): Ideally jalfrezi should be spicy but on the contrary it was super sweet! Most iconic restaurant ever in term of authenticity. They have been in business from 48 years so you cant even judge the experience they have but you can definitely compare it with other big giants from this food industry.Menu doesnt have that much of variety which you see in other mughlai place but i think its sufficient. Well i ordered butter chicken & chicken Bhuna ghost with rumali roti. Butter chicken was on sweeter side & i think thats how it should be so according to me it was perfect. Bhuna ghost was the best but the spice level was not upto my standards. Kabab platter was in my starters & i think thats something you should definitely order.Overall its a premium place so price is little bit on higher side but you have to experience it for once because they have their unquie style of making dishes. Also the ambience is pretty awesome here so do visit this place for a proper meal.

Copper chimney is a very authentic restaurant which is serving food since 1972, i.e exactly 48 years. We visted their thane outlet. The ambiance here is just amazing. All the safety precautions are taken care of. The plates and spoons which we use are new. We started of with some drinks and some tandoor dishes which were quute tasty.1. Kiwi margarita - the margarita was quite large and taste of kiwi just made it even better.2. Delhi shikanji - the delhi shikanji was a very nice lemon juce wuth loads of pudina in it which made the drink more refreshing. This is a must try drink here.3. Chicken platter - this platter had 4 types of kebabs so if you are a chicken lover and looking for something tasty you should order this. All the kebabs were perfectly cooked and tasty.4. Tandoori fire chicken - this chicken was jhst amazing it had cheese stuffed inside it which made it even tastier.5. Mutton seekh kebab - the mutton seekh kebab was very tasty and juicy. It is a must try dish here.6. Kadak roomali roti butter masala - this roomali roti is even better than a masala papad. It is morethan enough for 4 people.7. Rasmalai - we ended our meal with rasmalai. The rasmalai was verg tasty and richness of the milk with the dry fruits was just amazing.In all it was a nice and tasty meal. If you are a tandoor lover than you should try this place as it serves some of the best tandoor dishes.

Tried a couple of dishes from Copper Chimney as they serve some delicious Indian cuisine.I ordered a Murgh Rahra in Mains as I have already tried their Butter Chicken which was fantastic, so wanted to try a different variant. The Rahra had a tomato based gravy with soft chicken pieces which were delectable. Loved the curry. Definitely order this one or try it at their outlet with Butter Garlic Naan.The next dish was Tawa Chicken Biryani which was again a great dish. Long grained rice cooked with moist chicken and flavorful masalas... A must order Biryani here....Do order their amazing Mains n Biryanis for a delightful meal....

So today I visited this amazing place.. Copper Chimney Thane outlet.. its located on 3rd floor at Viviana mall.. and finally they are open in different locations as Thane, Seawoods, BKC, Bandra W, Kala Ghoda and Worli. They have re-opened for Dine In and Delivery.. and they have a new branch opening in Powai for delivery soon....Lets talk about the safety measures they took our on arrival.. they checked our temperature and we had to get ourself sanitized .. While entering the restaurant we saw the sign on tables, green for the table which are sanitized and red for table which are yet to be sanitized.. All the waiters were wearing masks.. And to avoid a physical contact they provided us a dinning kit which was something unique and new.. it had regular tissue, wet tissue, mukwas and toothpick...Well coming to food and drinks..Heres what we ordered -.*Blue Breeze :- Blue curraco with soda base drink has always one of my favourite mocktail...*Passion and peach Margherita :- Passion & Peach based drinks absolutely refreshing.. We recently tried one of the best places in town for Indian food, Copper Chimney! Copper Chimney is celebrating 48 years of serving the best Indian food. They have now opened dine in and delivery across town. Theyre making sure to follow all the safety protocols to be able to deliver you the best dining experience in these tough times. The ambience of the place is perfectly fit for all types of company. Especially ideal for a family dinner or lunch. The quality of the food being served is indeed worth the value. The food is made using choicest flavours and made to quality to be a delight to the tastebuds. We absolutely loved their Tawa Chicken Biryani and the dessert, Muzzafar. Very different and unique than the dishes weve tried before. Indeed a cherishing experience that will compel us to visit them again to try more items from the menu.

We tried a couple of things from their extensive menu:-1. Kiwi Margarita:- A blend of sweet and sour notes,which was served in a salt-rimmed glass and had refreshing taste. Do try this one if you like Kiwis. P.S:- It is more on the sweeter side.2. Peach and Passion Fruit Margarita:- Presentation wise, it looked almost the same as Kiwi Margarita except for the color. This was slightly sour for my taste buds.3. Achari Chicken Tikka:- Boneless chicken chunks are marinated in yogurt and special spice blend, which is the Achari masala. The chicken used was hard and chewy texture-wise. Also, it was quite undercooked with very less marinade. Can be skipped.4. Lal Mirch Ka Jhinga :- Large sized prawns cooked in spicy Jodhpuri chillies with a hint of carrom seeds. Again the prawns were stale and rubbery. Such kind of seafood is extremely harmful for the health.5. Murgh Makhani with Garlic Naan:- Chicken curry made in spiced tomato, butter, and cream sauce. This one was pretty good on taste and quantity was also sufficient for two. The garlic naan was soft and went well with the chicken.

The rustic look with a Subtle modern and ethnic combination. The atmosphere is just calm and soothing. The seating arrangements are quite spacious and comfortable to occupy ur group of friends and family. Well as I said earlier food is just lip smacking from veg to non veg... Varieties of options... I love the garlic butter naan, chicken grill platter with 4 varieties of kababs, murg makhani, Aachari chicken tikka masala all are lip smacking. I Recently visited Copper Chimney Thane for dinner with my family. We were super impressed by the safety precautions taken by the restaurant. Right from temperature check and sanitation at the entrance to sealed cutlery and individual dining kit everything was taken care off. The restaurant is spacious with comfortable seating arrangements. Their service is amazing too. In starters we had fish and mix meat platter the flavours was so on point the meat and fish was so juicy and fresh. We recently Visited this outlet, few days back.Talking about the Safety Precautions, They very well maintained safety protocols, from Santization of hands to table , every thing is taken care of, they provide a sanitization kit which have wet tissue, tissue, mukhwas, sanitizer. They santize every table after use.Ambience is pretty, calm & soothing vibes, with beautiful lighting.What we had -We first kadak roomali roti, it was huge & had nice flavourful spices sprinkled along with raw veggies.For Drinks, we had Shikanji , A mint based refreshing drink & another drink which too was refreshing and just perfect in taste.For starters we had tandoor fire Chicken & grilled Pahadi Chicken, both were served with mint chutney & some salads.For Main Course we had Tawa Chicken Biryani, Unlike the regular ones, its different in taste but live upto its name. Its served with raita. Pretty good combination. A simple biryani yet flavourful, good quantity of chicken pieces.For Desserts, we ordered gulab jamun, a tiny balls of happiness, they had a little different texture, but were served hot & delicious.

Ordered from Copper Chimney as I was craving for some Mughlai food ❤️ I ordered Bhatti Murgh Tikka, Murgh Makhani and Roomali Roti. I must say that that the quality and taste was on point 👌💯 loved the soft and tender chicken in both the Murgh Tikka and Makhani Gravy 💯 Roomali Roti was also soft and nice to eat😊💯

Tawa chicken Biryani: The biryani had boneless chicken which were nicely marinated. The biryani taste was amazing had the flavour of ghee and rose water. What a divine combination. Served with raita.2. Murgh Rahra: it was rich creamy and flavourful gravy with right amount of spices which created a incredible fragrance that can make mouth water.

I tried copper chimney first time here in India. I wasn’t sure if it has franchise in Florida as i tried copper chimney in florida too. We ordered Hung Yogurt Tikka. We went to the one at Viviana Mall on the evening of HOLI.The outlet is very well spaced out and the interiors give a very royal feel. The ambience is top class. The place also offers supreme hospitality. You can be rest assured that you will be well taken care of by their staff. We were served by Mr. Kiran and Mr. Shailesh his supervisor was constantly around ensuring that everything is up to the mark. They have few more outlets , I have been to their chembur outlet and recently visited this one at thane .The best thing I love about here is the Indian taste of the food , it a perfect place for those traditional food cravings .I personally find it to be the perfect dining place with friends and family. We had,1.  Achari whiskey: A whiskey with some strong flavours of pickle , would recommend this only if you love experimenting with your drink. It has a strong tangy flavour.2.  Kadak Roomali roti : Would highly recommend this, I loved it absolutely . It’s a crispy roomali roti with butter chilli and some onions & tomatoes .3.  Grilled Burrah Chops : Cinnamon scented tender lamb chops marinated and chargrilled . It is just perfectly marinated definitely a try if you a lamb lover.4.  Lal Mirch Jinga : To start with the size of the prawns were big , the quantity was good . The prawns were marinated and roasted in chillies with a hint of Carmon seeds.5.  Tandoori Fire Chicken : Chicken marinated in Yoghurt , stuff cheese , fresh mint and coriander with secret mix of spices . Malai Seekh , paneer tikka , cheese stuffed mushrooms were our personal favourite on that Platter .Pinnacolada , Delhi Shikanji & Kalakhatta Jaljeera are best mocktails of the house .Kadak Masala Rumali Roti is the best to compliment with the above drinks .Paneer Butter Masala has a nice tangy creamy richness within it . Malai kofta dumplings were so soft that they just melts in your mouth to blend with delicious gravy . Ive always enjoyed copper chimney. The restaurant brand has been around since before opening a new concept restaurant was a cool thing to do in town.The ambiance is perfect for families and large settings. For starters we tried the lamb burra chops. The massive ribs are served in tandoori masala. Cooked to perfection, it is moist with chunky meat bits and delicious to have. We also had the white pepper chicken chops that again were delicious and tandoored to perfection. Along with these mains we had the spicy Jaljeera and Dilli Shikanji for mocktails. Their chatpata flavours kept us energised throughout. Spicy and packed with flavour, both were superb to have along with our Indian starters.For mains we had the succulent Butter chicken which had mosit and tasty chunky bits of chicken in the perfectly balanced sweet and masaledar butter chicken gravy.And when you are in copper chimney you absolutely cannot miss the Rogan Ghosh! The chunky pieces of mutton in the flavourful gravy were really satisfying to gorge in. And offcourse Dal makhani - Maharaja one is the best vegetarian dish on their menu. Dipped my whole wheat roomali into this beauty and really it was something else altogether. For the dessert we had the Muzzarfar which was basically think Rabdi served with roasted candied vermicilli and pistachio. Absolutely delicious and a perfect end to our meal. We have to commend our serve Om prakash for the superbly prompt service, fine suggestions and for assingnti the hospitality experience overall. Definitely a place Im going to visit soon again and you should too!

Went to this place with family but it was an utter disappointment interms of cost, taste and presentation. We ordered cream of white pepper soup and it was good. Bhutti Murg kebab was taste less, green chutney was more of a sweet syrup. On request they agreed to serve spicy chutney but that too was sweet. salad served was rotten and again they changed it. Achari kebab was good but both the starter was undercooked. Biryani was good. The taste do not match with cost they charge. The only best thing abt it cleanliness and Covid care. Staff were courteous. If you have other options u can skip this place.

It is a good restaurant to go with family as well as with your partner for a good meal. Both, the veg and non-vegetarian spread is tasty. The popular crispy roomali roti is served in this branch too and is yummy. The staff is attentive and polite. The food quantity in each serve is also fairly sumptuous. Its pricing is in the fine dine space so a meal for two will easily cost you in the range of 1800-2500.

Not a great experience on 1/1/2021. They were under-staffed and all the tables were left wanting for service and proper attention.We ordered the buffet, which was lack-lustre. Same red sauced, similar tasting curries and starters. Would have given 1 star but Manager heard me out patiently, apologized profusely and assured me that someone from upper management would contact me for detailed feedback.They need to pick up slack quickly or Copper Chimney brand will diminish.

This place has trained their staff so well, very courteous and well behaved❤️ Typical family place & perfect place for lunch / dinnerFood served by them was so mouthwatering and worth every penny We were soo overwhelmed by taste and everything that we ended up over eating. Sanjay , Sagayraj served us in such decent and perfect manner moreover the manager Sailesh also kept a check on every tables needs and people satisfaction which is not very common.1. Ab-E-Hayat Soup : Coconut water based chopped veggies. Great taste Very healthy and healthy as well.2. Seekh Kebab : Crispy veg kebabs well grilled.3. They have a lovely decor with perfect lighting.The Staff ia really great and efficient. They help you with the suggestions for different dishes. Do yourself a favour and visit this lovely restaurant in Thane Viviana named as COPPER CHIMNEY since 1972.Visited as they have reopened with full safety measures in place. Place is neat and clean. All staffs were wearing full face shield mask and hand gloves. Entry to premises was only after they checked our temperature and it was found normal. Water bottle cutlery dining kit everything was Sterilised and Packed. Decor and interiors were impressive with display of fine Indian spices bottles.As a soon as we step in we were welcomed by refreshing cocktail such asKIWI MARGARITAPEACH PASSION FRUIT MARGARITA.Both the drinks were too refreshing and healthy and perfectly made.In Appetisers we hadBHATTI MURG TIKKA: The chicken was perfectly garnished and marinated well. The chicken was served with mint chutney and some healthy saladKADAK RUMALI ROTI: It was so huge topped with garnish with the sense of masala and it was so crispy. Tasty food.. but little on a higher range..

Food wasnt the best. Copper chimneys standard wasnt up to the mark. Covid has faded away the reality of Copper Chimney. Very surprised and sorry to know that such a thing happened at one of my favourite brands for Indian food.

Its little bit costly still a good place to eat, Masala Papad is a must.

Decent and Royal hotel to dine in. Unique dishes and serving style. Loved the rumali roti starter. The cup cum bowl used to serve soup looked elegant. Overall a nice dinning restaurant. Would surely recommend.

Visited few days back. after lockdown it was my first visit to copper chimney. most important part of post covid days is safety and precautions. they have taken utmost precaution like sealed pack mineral water, spoons provided in package. wet tissues.now lets talk about food part. we had veg platter, malai kofta and naan.richness in taste is always a Usp of copper chimney and i must say they have maintained that perfectly. quantity and quality both are satisfying.Overall in such time when safety is first priority; this place is best to go as they have delicious food and no one can argue that❤️

Good for family

A variety of choice of delicacies from the rather wide menu... 😍A beautiful ambience and the staff were very helpful and friendly too. Also very convenient as there was both ala carte and buffet available and quite reasonable prices too.Very cozy and stylish look. I would definitely recommend it 👍

Quality of food deteriorated drastically.. very expensive with very limited quantity of dishes.. there is no complimentary water provided in restaurant.. 1bottle of bisleri would cost you 125+18% GST +10% of service charge...There is no as such services received still paid Rs120/- for it..

Kebabs are really nice. The platter they offer is really good. Main course biryani was great. Icy spice is a mocktail with spicy ginger and cooling lemon which i loved to have.

Good food, but bit expensive

I have ordered for Chicken 🐔 biryani and beer 🍺 ask server to bring one portion of peanut he refuses then I ask for papad that also was not available in restaurant I was very disappointed .In Shaminia (Taj coffee shop) they are serving peanut and papad why copper chimmey cant give this. Thats y i have to ordered Chicken ticka for my started One thing i observed that Chicken was less in biryani even not happy with copper chimmey service.

The service must get faster. Also, try to provide more options in soups and appetizers. Ambience is nice though. Good thing about ambience is we can see some people working in the kitchen through the glass wall. It is nice to see the breads and roomali roti being prepared in front of you.

Reduced staff not able to serve the customers properly. Over and above they charge 10% service charge in the bill. Food is ok.

Quantity served is very less for the given price.

It might be slightly on the expensive side but the food, service & ambience more than makes up for it.

COVID-19 safety precautions are mind blowing!! Alternate seating arrangements, disposable dinner kits, regular sanitization, staff wearing shield and mask, glass shields between each seat and what not!

I got a strand of hair in my chicken tikka which was very upsetting. Costly food but basic hygiene is not being maintained.

The very famous Copper Chimney needs no introduction. It is well know for its delicious Indian food. The ambience is welcoming. The staff is very polite and attentive. We were served by Harish Patil who was always at our service and served with a smiling face. He was well aware of the entire menu and recommended us their best sellers.
