Very Unprofessional Work attitude.I made my company Website from them by paying INR13000 to which they agreed to give back up for whole year. And from next year it will be INR 3000 for Annual maintenance to which we agreed too.But now have regrets of wasting my hard earned money. The website they made is just a basic templates used from free online portal with zero creativity. They refuse to receive our phone calls and when I asked them to update or do some minor changes like adding something in about us or adding pictures proportionately to which they demand you money. I asked them above mentioned changes and are not updated till now as if they dont care anymore. When we try to call they dont bother to receive your call and when tried 8-9 times person gives us reason I am in Meeting with US client and stuff, We feel insulted as client are client from India or any part of world so zero business ethics. Also give us false promises of giving call back which they never do. Admin login which they gave us is not working as we try to make changes or update, its not accepted or changed.We are into International Export and need to share my website to each and every client for our introduction due to such amateur work we were loosing our business so made new one from other professional company. If you want to waste your hard earned money move ahead with them.
