Very professional service at Thane branch. Mr Nandkumar was very helpful in providing all the statements for last 3 yrs (150 pages) stamped and duely signed very promptly amd without nay charges unlike other banks.Only drawback dont have many branches. N no one picks up phone whn called at branches.

Disappointing staff specially the lady at counter number 03 (Ranjeeta Thorat) ...very slow.. bad attitude.. should undergo customer relationship management refresher training ....

Extremely pathetic bank. They have fraudulently assigned an unauthorized credit card on my name. I do not have any accounts with Citibank. When I brought this consent to their notice they are not co-operating with me on the issue. There is no good source of contact. The numbers provided on the site never pick up the call. They have not replied to my emails for more than 3 weeks now. Customer care has no manners to talk and does not provide proper help. Extremely disappointed with the bank. Would suggest no one to go to Citibank for any service. This is the most pathetic bank I have came across.

I have been Citibank customer since 2001 and can say Overall Citibank is the best bank as almost 99% of your bank related work can be done online which again is user friendly. For rest 1% if you need to visit bank my personal experience in this branch was very good. Staff across their branches are through professionals.

When I visited the bank, I was confused to reach out the correct window. Later I figured it out. When I asked the banker to guide me through. I was amazed that the people with Citi are very polite, lots of patience, very helpful. I have never seen such a fabulous service uptill now. Great work!

Citibank Thane BranchVery slow service and always have some or the other technical problems leading to long queue.Have spoken to staff they always buy time 15mins and so but it leads to hours long wait.Very poor

Unskilled staff who does not know first how to welcome a customer and in my case everything I had to spoon fill them wherein I personally have to check my Loan Account Number online for which there device kept over there in order to view details isn’t working at all, post which you yourself have to calculate how much you have to pay or call the Citi phone officer in order to get the details and after everything they will make you wait then take a long procedure to perform there activity. CITIBANK I did not accept this at all for which my experience in Bangalore was excellent.

Extremely poor service at this branch, I have applied to convert my salary account into BSBDA account, however it got convert into normal savings account and charged me.They do not answer calls in duty hours.

Very poor service. Once of the most unprofessional behavior one can expect from any bank. The manager does not even deserve to be in the post of peon. No concern for customers at all. Only thing good is that the branch does not have rush at all and its very clean.

Pathetic guys works here. All citibank employees who works here, says they are managers and they just put their hands in pockets and do nothing. Everytime only one counter is open and it takes ages to withdraw/deposit money.
