No promptness in service. Staff ignores the visitors.

Very Pathetic service. Called in the morning for collection of documents from home with my address, name and Phone number. Confirmed by DTDC that they will come and pick up. Called at around 02.30 pm as no one turned up. Again they asked for adress and phone. Evening around 5.00 pm called DTDC as there was no collection. Again the same thing. Girl called Pallavi asked adress, phone, Name and then informed that collection is not possible.At least they would have told in the beginning that they will not collect the parcel.

Unhelpful attendant, said 5 days for delivery to jalgao. Other courier sent in 2 days in half cost

Convenient and fast service

One of the economy type of courier service provider. But Im sure about their cost becz it can be varies according to the product you want to dispatch.

Very bad experience. Following up for the return document from last 15 days but the employees are passing on the contact nos of others and in turn no one is solving the customer problem. In fact the contact no given by their own employees are not taking the calls at all and even not answering the the SMS and Whatsapp messages.

Pathetic service. Paid Rs. 250/- for urgent courier on 31st July, 2020 today on 14 th August, 2020 still its not delivered. Staff not replying professionally. Went twice personally. Many customers in queue for registering complaints.

Good service. Got a packaging box too. Delivered in time.
