Nice place for your morning and evening walks. Since covid started back in March 2020 the lake is slightly less maintained. But still quite clean. The walk track is good and even. There is light marathi music playing in the morning, which sets up the mood. The track lamps have speakers built in.Wish they had separate walk and Jog track. Currently joggers have to dodge the walkers .

Great place with lots of cats and few ducks. A little crowded during morning and 7-9 pm. Its most peaceful here from 4:30 to 6pm.

For a breezy walk in morning or evening by the lake, you can definitely visit kachrali talav. Ganesh temple is also there inside along with good biodiversity of fishes in lake. They have started with boating in evening where you can come by with your loved ones.

Great place for morning and evening stroll. The jogging track is well marked with distance. The total track is 500 mts approx. The place also has a boating place. Paddle or motor boats can be rented for a ride. The place also has a small temple and well constructed seating arrangement around the complete lake. The trees around the lake and the fountain in the centre add beauty to the lake. The place also has a small stage for mini social get togethers. Kids can enjoy here on the small play equipments. Open air gym is also an added attribute. Soft music is played in the mornings and evenings on the soft speakers around the lake..!

It is a good place to spend a quiet evening. Children have a good playarea consisting of swings, see saw, slides etc. There is not much to do here. You can even go for boating. You can find a few chat sellers. People also come here to jog. Getting autorickshaw from this place is not an issue. However if you are looking for a good place to roam around, you will need to find better options. Additionally beware of cats (there are plenty of them in this area).

Well managed Lake side with walking track around lake.. and small Temple of Lord Ganesh at one side..Pleasant atmosphere and maintained cleanliness , proper security staff and 2 gates (entrance n exit)..Well designed main entrance for wheelchair guest as well.. and small park for kids equipped with some games in it.. Gym for senior citizen and drinking water and washrooms also available ..

This is a nice lake much cosier than Masunda lake in Thane .

This place is very nice to visit and spend time wity your loved ones. As it is located in crowdy area, surrounding people spends their time at the evening and morning. Jogging track is also available here. Beside this lake there are some stalls where you can have food, ice cream, soda etc. It is located near Vandana bus stop, so if you have to wait for buses while going out of Thane, you can spend your time here and can catch the buses. Also eastern express highway is nearby to this.

Its a local scenic place that is perfect to visit if you just want to take a stroll, or sit back and relax with friends,family or loved ones. There is about half a km space to walk or jog with no vehicles allowed inside. There are provisions for childrens rides, toilets, shelters inside. The park is a pretty clean place, with parking facilities outside and definitely worth considering paying a visit.

Kacharali Talav is very good place to visit with family. Play area for children, boating , Lord Shiva temple . Well maintain garden and jogging track with light music. Pleasant environment .

I like the vibes of Kachrali talav! The fact that walking and running preps my mood for the day. It is just the most amazing place one could spend time with self ! Also the cats and the swan are a bliss to the heaven ! 🤗

Kachrali is best known for its name Kachra-li.Even though there are Dustbins provided in the park but people still prefer throwing it on the grass and also in water.It gets packed in the evening around 5 and 7.After 7 all you see is couples not even a single place to sit, Haha! Well its not their fault the park is amazing in it self.Just be careful running or jogging as there are cats all over the place. Youre allowed to pet the cats and feed them but do not take them home, they to have a family. If you do take it home Ill knock on your door.

This place is located near Thane municipal corporation area. Its very calm and you get here good vibes. There is small temple, playing area for kids, boat rides and a walking road where you can sit alone, with friends or family and have good time. Pet lovers- There are street cats and dogs too, with them you can spend a very good time. I specifically love water reflections and the environment. This is my fav place to visit

The name Kachrali was kept as that place was earlier a huge dumping ground(kachra). But somehow this name doesnt suit, this being such a nice place . .I especially like to spend time with the Cat Angels there. .I think its high time TMC should change its name to Cat Lake Island.

One of the very few lakes that are gems of Thane city.Beautiful and clean lake.Boating can be done at a fixed time.Lake is surrounded by a walkers path and lush green trees.There are 3 gates to enter and exit.There is also a small garden and play swings, see saw etc for children and a open gym too.Early morning walkers take pleasure of pollution free air along with soft music played on high mast speakers.Laughter club also gathers here in the morning. Walk / Run at your own pace without taking any tension of bumping into some one.There is Lord Ganesh Temple here which opens early morning with devotion and prayers.One of the very few lakes that has not yet been commercialized by hawkers and stalls encroaching and making the lake dirty.Overall a must visit.
