I never write any comments specially negative.. Worst customer service .... .. She ( dont want to mention her name) thinks they have done a favour opening an account in their branch , previously also i had a issue but never got resolved and again same bunch of lazy staff.. Called for some issue... No revert... ....Think before opening an account...@indusbank gb road 👎

LEAST BOTHERED AND PATHETIC BRANCH AND BANK! NEVER BANK WITH THEM. Signatory on my account was supposed to be changed almost 6 months ago and all my documentations were completed. I personally visited the branch 3 times. Branch manager assured that he will take care. But not done yet and the the request is still pending.

Most disgusting bank ever . Lazy people , no one responds to calls , deducts inappropriate charge from your account .
