Had a watch from this shop which was received as a gift to me (Hence, did not have the bill copy with me). The watch was not functional due to some reason and was within warranty period. I went to the shop and asked for a copy of bill so that the same could be sent to the company for repair considering it was in warranty period. I requested the staff to provide a copy of bill and was also ready to provide the date of purchase, but the person sitting at the billing counter was not at all ready to provide any assistance. The attitude of personnel there is very unhelpful and rigid. Basis my after sales service experience if this is the attitude of the personnel I would not suggest one to buy from here.

Its a great experience to be a customer of just in time so friendly staff and very knowledgeable about watches and A class quality Customer service so happy.

Whoever seeing this message Never ever visit this showroom for any kind of repair...My Father owns Rado watch which is approximately 20years old. Watch was having Second needle issue..but they were unable to repair..I paid Rs 3500 which is not an issue but it was surprise for my Fathers birthday but unfortunately watch didnt work at all.... Sales is very disappointing...Ill throw that watch but never ever visit that showroom again...
