I bought ps4 console from these guys from korumn mall. MRP was 29990 and they charged me 34000 as I was using my credit card. They also gave me a bill in which price of ps4 was mentioned as 29990 and added a ps4 controller so that they wont have to pay GST..I WILL TAG YU GUYS ON TWITTER TOO. Horrible Ps3 repair experience. No pre check and post check available. I was told a quote will be provided before fixing my HDMI port issue, instead they damaged my CD lens and fixed the HDMI issue. Eventually had to sell off my console after a lot of convincing. Very unprofessional and currently operating from a dingy office. DO NOT TRUST.

I have order ps4 they charge me 22000Rs.And they give me opened ps4 fat version with too much heating issues.Also now Im trying to contact them but they are not accepting my call for refund.I suggest dont buy products from such pathetic seller.

Hope I could give a zero starI gave my xbox one for repairs on 28th August and for 10 days I had no quotation as to what is the issue. The issue was said to be resolved after getting the quotation..Very very very slow services....I would never recommend this to anyone....

I had given my Xbox 360 for repairing and the team did a good job and made it almost brand new.The staff was helpful and polite. Infact due to the lockdown, the mall got closed and the team was proactive enough to call and give me updates in terms of the time for repair and also where I can come collect it.

Purchased PS4 recently. Had some issue from Sony with the PS+ Code. Mr. Ajit Gala, the owner of Emart, personally got involved and got the issue resolved. Very helpful. Would recommend.

Got my Playstation 5 as promised during second restock. If you want to book PS5 offline then this is the place to go. Booking online is like a lottery and needs lot of luck and very less chances of getting in flash sales. If you surely want to get you PS5 then booking offline is thesurest way and can book with emart safely. Definitely recommended.

I have been associated with Emart since 2017 from where I bought my first ever gaming console( the PS4 Slim). Also the owner is pretty knowledgeable when it comes to suggesting titles, trends in the console market. I have always had a good experience with the staff as well. Emart is the one stop shop for all my games and PlayStation related accessories.

I purchased PS4 controller from here, I got delivered within 30 minutes. And they provide good service also.

Recently went to buy a DS4 and got a fake one. All the controllers available on the display were fake which you can probably buy on Ebay for around ₹700-₹1000. They charged the price of original which is ₹5000. Got home and tested it and it didnt met the expectations for a real DS4. Went back the next day and confronted the owner and he finally said that indeed its a fake. I have paid ₹5000 through my card and he returned me only ₹4900, saying he had paid the charges. I warn you never ever buy anything from them. They are cheaters and no one should loose their hard-earned money on fake and defective products. Lesson for one should be lesson for all, In short, DONT VISIT THIS STORE

I though they were genuine sellers but I dont think they are. I bought a DS4 for Rs. 5000 & it turned out to be a fake one. I asked them for replacement & for 2 days but still no concrete answer from them. Buy from them at your own risk.

Never ever buy ps4 controllers from this place.I repeat never.Its a warning.They give u bad local controllers telling you that its original.Dont buy it.Go get it from a sony store but not here.Manager here is really rude.He will first show kindness but then when u arrive with the problem.He wont treat you good.There are many other good shops.

Wanted a game which was out of stock everywhere. Luckily only they had it in stock. Plus they have a very helpful staff having good knowledge of video games. Also they have a great variety of games for PC and consoles, and other stuff like headphones and gaming accessories. Its great to see a dedicated video games store in Thane.
