Good place for residency

Today I visited to my sister in law house just for the casual meeting for the first time in a while the watchman have demanded me to charge 100 rs for the visiting parking and when we complaint it to the chairman secretary they also didnt cooperate with us and said you have to pay it.. the worst experience till the date what is the use of such big society

I like this place very much because form the hectic traffic situation around this area, this place is very silent and eye craving. You will find here people of all ages doing jogging and cycling. There are some youngsters who are very talented doing some stunt like stuff on their bike and bicycle. Just beside this place there is a sport ground called Abdul Kalam Azad Sport Ground, this sport place has a olympic size running ground and swimming pool. There is also a place for indoor sports like batminton. The timing for this sport arena is consist of two slot like one in the morning and the other is for evening. The details of the swiming pool is given in the photo attached. I added the feed chart for the swimming membership. Check the photos of then too.

A fabulous place to live here. Atmosphere here is too positive and people are educated.You can find peace all over here. There is ample space for parking. Grounds are also there and you can find children playing people who live here are satisfied. There are schools here which your child can reach easily that is one of the most important thing for a parent.

Builder and his con mens are the most filthy people. Please dont invest here.

MM valley located in Mumbra, behind Shimla park, the complex therein are well designed, by 1BHK, 2BHK, amenities are good, the area is still developing, it has accessibility to market, it have street food stalls around, n a huge stadium, most people go for jogging there, one can play different games in there as badminton, there is small Nagori tea stall too, u get autorisksaw there for commute. Or else residents hv they are wheelers.

Complex is great. Ample parking. Society is rubbish.

Visited at the site yesterday 22 Dec ... meet with Rahil at Sales office.these people dont have professionalism how to handle customer quarries and they even dont have their Brochures for customers to take away and shows to family, Even I asked for visiting card they didnt have that too.they had given me Office contact number that too was switched off. How should I trust them when they are selling whole building flats and they dont have basic things to turn up customers.
