The plugin works amazing on my project, it works fine with WooCommerce. My client love it so much. The option for multiple enquiry is really great. But it might be need some works on the customization, i.e. customizing the enquiry-cart-table and its form.Luckily, the support is wonderful! Great product and when we needed some additional tools, they quickly created a custom plugin that met our needs with a 1 day turn-around and a reasonable price. They stayed on top of it and followed up, working after hours to meet our needs.

I have got very rough start with the product as my client was very specific about what she likes. However the support team has been quite responsive and help me achieve what I want. The product that I used was a plugin for Form entries > Word/PDF auto fill. So far Im satisfied.

Their collection wp extension was a great help in building my ecommerce website. The technical and customer support was also as expected with prompt response and quick resolution to issues caused. I highly recommend their products for personal or commecial use.

I bought a theme from their website and many times contacted them saying that it crashed two of my plugins and messed up the styling. Like most people here, I demanded a refund and they say they cant refund due to their rules. I erased the theme completely and installed a generic theme which worked without any problems with my plugins... I dont recommend you buy any themes from their website, you will regret it.

Their ideas are innovative and unique but development is not good, you can always get errors in it. and sometimes it stops working by itself. Support doesnt functions just delay tactics; will ask the admin password then will ask the ftp login and then will put the blame on the hosting provider. After a couple of months will release an update with the resolution. Thats irresponsible behavior.When ever they ask ftp details and you know that the problem is in the coding, then it means that they are wasting your time, will shift the blame only.

Its actually more than 3 years that WisdmLabs is delivering great Wordpress projects for my company. They professionally take care of all aspects of the project: planning and advisoring, development, testing and delivery. Their customer service is close to excellence. I do not recommend this company for any web design work, especially graphic design using learn dash. Although they are listed as one of the companies that specializes in learn dash, they are definitely NOT. I already had an existing website, and all I asked for was the same website with a better design. I asked for simply 5 items (1 parallax landing page, learn dash with better design, SSL, woo commerce, and a new application form design). 6 months later and over $3000 USD they could not accomplish this task. Then when they tried to upload the new website they designed, my hosting site stopped them repeatedly do to uploading of viruses and malware. Of course, they would not take the blame, were defensive, and they wanted to blame everyone else - except themselves. All my sites went down because of them, and although they did work to get this mess cleaned up, they then stopped all communication and did not finish their work. I highly recommend that you find another provider. I found nothing but delays, weeks without communication, defensive behaviour, poor graphic design ability, etc. This is a very honest review of this company, and Im sure they will respond with a defensive rebuttal, however, this is exactly what has happened, and I have the evidence to back it up. Now, I need to hire another company in order to fix their errors, and I spent $3000 USD, and I am no better off then when they started. Awful experience.

We have used WisdmLabs for a custom plugin job. They have great response times and very easy to communicate with. There were some minor delays on the plugin delivery due to holidays and some bugs but they fixed them on request. As a programmer myself I know these things sometimes happen and value their honesty and understanding of customer satisfaction. Overall the project was handeled well. Finding a reliable outsourcing partner is difficult, but were happy customers so far.

We needed custom development on a LearnDash website and the team at WisdmLabs was a life saver! A lot of developers would have trouble figuring out LearnDash and how to make changes without breaking the system, but Peter and Sagar have been able to make the changes without breaking anything AND in a way that doesnt disrupt my already existing ordering system. This is ideal because Ive had other developers make edits and their work reset mine, so I had to go in and do something over again. This hasnt happened with WisdmLabs and I dont think it will. I dont typically work with outsourced developers because the communication is always so difficult and I was hesitant about it with this team. But, they have been very responsive, have double checked to make sure they know what it was I requested, and even came up with an idea on how to make another edit easily and quickly. Were very happy about the project and I would definitely recommend WisdmLabs for a Wordpress, LearnDash especially, development. Thanks!

I bought the Front End Course Creation plugin for LearnDash by WisdmLabs. There were a few bugs with the plugin which they corrected. I found more bugs later on but they were always friendly and tried their best to correct the issues. Initial response time was a bit slow which may be due to their online support ticket system. I had some problems uploading images etc from their website. I found that communicating via e-mail was much faster. So overall I am happy with their customer service. I am currently considering this company for a custom plugin.

I live in the U.S. and though there was a 13.5 hour time difference, it all worked out incredibly well. I contact them in the evening Pacific Time while it is morning for them.They are so knowledgable in Wordpress WooCommerce Plugin, friendly, excellent grammar, writing skills. Not only that but they are speed lightening fast. I plan on sending them all of my business. It was so scarey for me to trust someone that I do not know with sensitive information to my website, etc., but they even invoiced me after they did the work. I suppose they trusted me as well.Others wanted up to $150 per hour. They only charged me $35 (for this paticular problem). I sent them $70 because they spent so much time with me the night before in preparation.I would recommend them to anyone!

I hired wisdmlabs to develop a plugin for integrating memberpress with learndash in october of this year. According to the service agreement, they promised to complete this project within 3 weeks. But even after 2 months they were still not able to complete this project. They are not transparent with their work. They do not follow up. I dont know exactly, what they did all this time. Therefore i cancelled this project and asked for a refund via pay pal. Now here is the bummer. PayPal does not provide any buyer protection when the transaction is related to buying a intangible good like plugin or custom development. So i lost my claim. If you are thinking of doing business with this company, do not make payment via paypal. Make payment via credit card and remember that the guys in this company tend to work at their own pace. So do not expect them to complete project on time. Best of luck, if you still want to work with them.

Empty Cart Timer for Woocommerce killed my website. I contacted customer support and sent me updated version of the plugin. The new plugin killed my site with a new error code. Requested refund and was denied because I would not give them my wordpress login credentials. Why would I let a company access my confidential information in addition to having a proven history of crashing my site? No Thanks!
