DONOT EVER ORDER FROM Big Bazaar APP. OPENLY CHEATING PEOPLEThey cancel some of your products already paid for. Which coincidentally i found the items when walkin to the store. Whats worse is that a month has gone and they havent refunded the money even though met the manager Mr. Hemant in person and the lady behind the customer service counter. All they say is that back end will do refund since they are not authorized. BB is loosing money and probably im just one of their bakra. They just need to find more bakras to hold on to cash to maintain cashflow

The usual big bazaar style. The credit card le lo is a pain. They need to do something about it. They keep changing the configuration and this means more confusion for a genuine shopper . Guess they are yet to find a profitable configuration!! Most of the counters are closed, not easy to maker or which counter to check out is open. That can doi something about this.
