The shopkeeper at High Heels kids shoe store have been very bad at behaviour on Sunday, 31st Oct21 to me and my mom... I was waitng outside (due to high rush of buyers)for about 20mins to enter and buy sandals for my 4yr old and exchange a pair of shoes gifted to my daughter by a frnd.. One of the guys managing the shop askd us to step out and wait outside the door sayng Madam aap next ho koi step out kare toh aap andar aa jana.. i agreed and knowing its a kids shop v need to maintain the decorum of not rushing in totally respecting the shops decision to not allow too many people inside at a time with the post pandemic rules.. we still patiently waited and anothr guy managing the billing counter came out and calld out to a family waitng behind us sayng please come in and told me and my mom to still keep waitng.. I jst tld him we wer waitng before the family you calld out so ideally we should b the ones going inside next... but instead of hearing me all the guy could do was pointing out to the bag in my hand sayng we dnt exchange in peak hours so no point of you waiting outside... Being a potential and a loyal customer I thght i would buy another pair for my daughtr along with the exchange.. bt this rude behaviour and lack of hearing out to customers frm ths guy at the billing counter, this shop is definately a NO.. NO..NO... for me nxt time.. the family standing behind me were also tlkng about the shop keepng Chinese maal and i jst thght to myself tht still you come to buy here for your kids..and shopkeepers like ths billing counter boy gives them importance and preference thinking they will buy while asuming that people like me were there just for an exchange and waste of their time... A request to all customers visiting to think before their next buy as ofcrse the stuff they sell is value to money.. but the service they offr through talks is definately a big NO NO NO for me.. and additionally I am their local and same Ram Maruti road resident who will now prefer to buy from a shop a lil far off than frm ppl who cant even have ears to listn to their patient customers and check if they are actually right at their judgement as who was waitng before whom.. Please think people if you want to be the next with this kind of a treatment.. Me definately not...

Extremely unhappy with shopkeepers attitude.V purchased shoes with lights for my twin daughters after shopkeepers insistence that those shoes lights will last.after going home ,in less than 2 hrs those lights stopped working n when v went to return it, they bluntly said no and on top of that said nayi battery lagani padegi n it will cost some 500 bucks n with no guarantee whether it will wrk or not.n they were quite arrogant.i was thr regular customer but this experience thts the end of it.

A lot of options to explore for kids with reasonable rates. I have been visiting them for some time now and they have never disappointed me either with options or quality.
