The staff is just busy talking among themselves or they are on phone. They dont attend to customers. Even if you ask them to check for a different size they say well check in the system but it will take around half an hour. We all know it just takes few seconds. They just dont want to attend customers and pass the time whole day by not doing work. I wonder why a brand like Bata has hired such a useless staff.

They must give discount on the products MRP...
