Being inside a mall, this place is sometimes crowded and hence not usually quiet. But it is a good store to find a wide range of variety of books to read. A good collection of fictional books. The staff is quite friendly. Also, they allow you to read books inside the store.

Its in Viviana Mall... The most famous of Mall of Thane.... Major books are available... But not much guidance for selection of books is provided by staff... Definately, I can not expect, the staff to read all the books.... Good to go for buying books

An everything offline store for Books. Great ambience, as you pass this place you get the aroma of the new books which attracts you into the store. Where you could spend a great amount of time just sitting on one of the stools and reading. Or pretending to be reading while taking candid pictures.

You can see young adults to kids reading intensely in some of the corners of this place.As its situated in Viviana mall has lot of customers on weekends.The staff is friendly. We bought a headphone from here. It was good of the seller to show us the quality of the speakers by testing them .Handles the customers well.The outlets offers books, clothes, artifacts and electronic s.

A cozy place for book readers like my daughter... And the titles are organised as per their category. Easy to find the books one is looking for. Prompt service from the staffs. Also, they are well versed with the books that makes them act quickly on the queries.

Its a small store . Has mostly fictional books. Non fictional also available. Few accessories also available. Really beautiful bags. But was disappointed that no academic books were available.

A cozy little escape from the monotony of electronics and clothing stores. A decent selection of fiction novels although there were far too many run of the mill action books for my tastes. This branch could also do with a few more seating arrangements or a dedicated area to read books. All in all its good ol Crossword.

I have been a loyal customer of Crossword. I was disappointed with the amount of space that is allocated to this store. This has automatically, drastically reduced the no. of books available, moreover, the books are arranged in a haphazard manner within a particular genre/section. The section of classics (Virginia Woolf, Mark Twain) was not only placed in a lower rack which was difficult to view but there wasnt any tag/sign for the section either.For a bibliophile, its a compromise.

Extremely helpful and courteous staff. A common occurrence at almost all of the stores though, many of the books are damaged due to improper handling by customers. Its great to read a book before buying it but no one really takes care of the books. Sad!

Not very rich collection of books. In this age of ebooks and options to buy books online if a physical bookstore is not well stocked it perhaps defeats the purpose. The crosswords it seems have more focus on toys and other accessories than books. Sad but it is what it is. The generous discounts and offers are good though but without a good collection not of much use.

Good bookstore with decent collection. It lacks in organization on some days but mostly the books are easy to find. Doesnt have a bountiful stock since the Viviana store is not as big.If you look out for specific books, authors or genres you may not find it at once but if you order it they try to obtain the copy.The sad part about crossword and many other similar bookstores is that they sell other things like apparels, stationery and even chocolates. I would have personally loved it if there were only books.The people working there have below average to poor knowledge about the books and authors so they will only be enablers for you.I sincerely wish crossword to get rid of toy sections and the others. Will be great of only books are kept there.

You can expect every book that will available in any other crossword.. I liked the monumental Bhagwat gita placed near the entrance.. also one can spend a lot of time reading the preface/foreword or may be the entire book as well :p, no one will disturb you.. also the staff is really kind and helpful.. must spend time while buying the books from here..

Good place for book lovers. Has a lot of non-book merchandise as well. Easily visible from a distance and has almost fully open entrance and exit points.

The store had vast collection of books of different genres. The one thing which stole my attention is just when you enter, there is a rack with the top 20 books for a particular time period which may help you choose your books too. The stock of stationeries is worth recommending too as it has few theme based merchandises. I bought a F.R.I.E.N.D.S themed notebook which is not available everywhere. There is constant background music too but choice of music for a bookstore needs to be taken care of I personally feel. It is a beautiful place to get lost for hours. Thank you! Hope it helped.

Among few bookstores in the area or for that matter Viviana, this one mostly has Books but also other merchandise. The non book section is almost half robbing the book store of a wider selection. They thave wrong groupings and few Books in categories like travel. The store like others of It a kind focuses on best sellers, promoted books and discount sales to keep it going. They have removed seats offered to readers to sit in the store and read.

A nice cosy place to check out the books. Its been years for a go to place for good books, far before the online books became a trend. It at times still manages to offer deals on books.

Good place with lots of books everywhere. But there are no seatings so thats a minus point here. You can just stand and read. But numerous book options available

Helpful staff, easily accessible aisles and an entry without a wall makes the store a great place to shop for books.Although, the books are arranged in an extremely wrong manner. Fantasy is kept in the Sci-Fi section. Thrillers can be found in Romance and so on.

The place has decent collection of books. But being an exclusive book store I was expecting almost books of all genre and most of the books to be present, I was able to find books from different categories like fiction, novels, children, adventure, biography etc., Only thing lacking was number of books available in each category were limited and did not cover a wide range of books. At the end its a must visit for book readers.

They did not take down the birthday details while making a membership card, so being the birthday month I asked for a discount, they said its not mentioned so I will have to get the physical coupon.So I said I wil buy the book later in that case,to whicht said they had already redeemed my points on account which I will lose if I decline the purchase.Not happy
