I have visited on 15-Aug-2021. The store was clear and precautions to be taken at the entry point but huge queue at billing counter due to lack of management. Out of 10 only 3 counters were in use. AC was not working so people feeling suffocation. No Covid protocol followed at the billing counter. I had purchased one dress and executive at billing missed 1 part of my dress which I get to know when back to home and checked.

Very very very expensive place. If you are very rich then only visit 😂But the outfits are amazing.

Its near dahisar check naka. Good mall. All kind of brands. Have Food court, Game zone, movie theater, big bazar, many factory outlets.So over all 👌.

Good place with parking facility, Food Court with Multiplex. The staff is also very friendly.The ambience is good, Cool place from shopping, there you will find a lots of brands and little bit expensive.The food court and restrooms are very clean. There are good restaurants for someone who doesnt feel like eating at food court. At the parking entrance place paver blocks are broken, They need to repair that.

Clothes are obviously pricey but they’re worth i always travel from vikhroli to Dahisar to buy clothes.Specially traditional clothes over here are the best.

The mall is adequate it fulfills the clothes shopping but the internet connection is terrible for Jio, Vodafone, Airtel and the main road connecting to the mall is filled with loads of car which leads to traffic jam...

Its a request to all who shop and purchase things from central mall to check on discounts available on certain products online first and then to claim the same. As the sales staff doesnt avail discounts on the discounted products and bill without discounts.Pls be careful and alert

Like always the staff were helpful in all over dept., as of now due to difficult situation of COVID the experience was bit dull, when it came to trying on clothes or be the range of clothes. Everyone there are taking proper care for the customers and clients. Hopefully new varieties will come soon. Left empty handed unlike the infinite times been there.The discounts are not what is shown or advertised. But i feel, people will have a satisfaction of going to shop.

Flat 50% OFF Sales are clearly eyewash, Ladies clothes which you choose offers are not applicable on them (half of them are NOT on offer). In kids, UCB section, Girls section had flat 50% OFF while in Boys section 1 on 1 Free. Offers are very deceptive & complicated.

As compared to Central at Growels mall this Central at Dahisar Check naka has a wide variety of fashion collection. Very less crowded mall. Very nice variety observed. Festival offers are available. All safety measures in view of Covid 19 is taken care by staff. Washroom facility is available and hygienic too. It has great Accessibility. Washrooms for disabled are available. Cash or Card payment mode is available. Mobile payment mode is available on request but payment failure is likely to occur. Ambience of the Central is great.

Very well managed mall. The staff is also very friendly. The ambience is also very nice. They do lack sufficient parking lots, especially on sundays and public holidays. There is food court on the top floor which offers decent varieties.

Minus points for the food court. There is mot much options to eat. Also the gaming zone for kids is boring. Lot of options available if you want to buy clothes. A good place to buy branded clothes otherwise I do not recommend this Mall. The INOX theatre is not good and not well maintained.

Everything is good except for the trial rooms.. there is very little ventilation in the trial rooms as the air conditioning over there is always shut off. Also there is no extra seating for people over there. You shouldnt forget that a lot of elderly people come to shop there too. And its hard to actually try clothes without proper air conditioning and no seating. We have tried to talk to managers at various outlets. Please fix this problem.

Cashback scheme in sales is a big trap

Not the most preferred place to shop as it offers limited range of products and the stock does not get refreshed for long. Sometimes the clothing is too bad and can tear easily with a bit of stretch as it has been kept for long.The sales schemes are a rip off and most customers fall for it.The sales assistant should be trained better and attention to customers needs is negligible except for a chosen few. The store manager and floor manager seem to be like dictators for the staff and the place lacks positivity to shop.

Wonderful shopping experience. This is a renovated property. You have Central store here. One of the biggest ready made garments shopping Paradise. The only short coming is the food court. Very small and limited choice.There is just one restaurant, The Boat. Overall if you just want to shop do visit.

Shop timings are 11.00am on Sunday but they will open at 11.10 and when question the staff, he starts abusing. No Supervisor, Manager on duty to complain. No Customer service staff on his desk till 11.30. Air conditioned is working always on high temperature, always feels uncomfortable here. Don’t know how this is still running.

Good place to shop for residents of Mira Bhayander and Dahisar as it is located in between these 2 locations.However it takes more time at billing counters than in shopping. They need to segregate those availing various types of offers, coupons etc as processing these offers and discounts take time and those paying full amounts suffer.

The place is really cool..I visited recently to buy some artificial jewelry for my wife on valentines day ..nd I could make decisions with the help of the lady there who was at the counter ..two out of three were okayed by my wife ..only we had to return the third one ..billing was an issue however ..as it took more than desired time

I would give 0 ratings as other services at this place is WORST. Washroom here are as dirty as at railway stations. I understand cleanliness is the biggest issue in India. But in a shopping center where branded products are displayed, at least provide better services. I am never going to visit here again. Theres no difference between a B grade cheap market and this shopping center.

Service of Customer service desk staff is very poor. I made purchase during Diwali sale for which I am to get cashback of Rs. 300/- every month but for the month of October 2019 I had not received. I had spoken with CSD staff many times, mail is also written by them to their senior but till date the cashback is not received. Three months had passed but they are not able to resolve the small issue.

Ventilation on the floor can be improved. Feels oxygen deprived at some places on the shopping floor. Collection is great!

If you are looking to buy a cloth 2K onward it will give you choices from low (2K) to 5K to 7K per garment.You can find similar choices in equivalent places like Oberoi Mall Goregaon, Infinity mall Malad with less price for same brands (ofcourse product code will be different)
