Good place. Excellent housing society on Thane घोडबंदर road just off the road behind D Mart. Just next to society lush gree forest area makes stay more pleasant and close to nature.

This Project of M/s.Gurukrupa Developers under the Flagship of Unique Shanti Group from Mira Road is a good project in thane vicinity and I have personally known this Builder for more then 25 years as I have booked and bought my first dream House in Mira Road Mumbai in 1992. Initially each and every project of any well known builders have teething problems which can not be ruled out and for which we should not tarnish / Malign the Image of the trusted builder due to our vested interest or personal vendetta. So please request all the cultured citizens to be polite and be in our limits to express our grievances in a decent and healthy manner so that no ones sentiments are hurt by our words and deeds too.

Unique Greens is residential building & below this building MHADA building also there. For Mhada building there is 2 wings E & F.

A great place to live by with some very scenic view. Easy accessibility via the main road. Kasarvadavli police station is the landmark you can say if you are planning on traveling via a public transit. Has great parking space and a play area for the kids.

Dont go by the ranking and stars you see 4+The reality is here..One of the worst managed project by Unique Shanti Developers (Gurukripa Developers)Dont belive and trust this builder at all. He promises everything and delivers nothing. Even after 18 months of OC, no parking allotments, no TMC water and many more to surprise. Builder is now asking for unwanted maintenance and harrasing residents for maintenance charges...Better to go for trusted builders in THANE, rather than seeing your own home dream getting suffocated because of such builder.Builder has sent notices for maintenance for unexplained charges...Even the supervisor doesnt respond.DONT TRUST... He is having another project as UNIQUE VISTA... be cautious... Read agreement in full at least five times before sign off.. hope your decision will save your hardest money earned and not pitting or investing in such builders.

Very peaceful residential complex, just behind Sanjay Gandhi National Park. Next to Kasarvadavli Police Station. D Mart Godhbunder Road is only 150 mts. HyperCity Mall is 1 km. Vedanta Hospital is 2 km. Public transport is available 24 hrs. Very spacious flats with all amenities. 24X7 three tier security.

Spacious flats, are area around the society is quiet calm and also very peaceful. Ample space for parking is avaible with the facility of stilt parking or the electrical parking. There is a podium at the centre of the society, with kids play area and a club house. It is residentially a succesful project to live in. Good housing features and proper utilisation of space for construction

Dont trust them... Get everything in writing... Especially people at the sales office both the girls and their manager...

The 1st possession of the this project was 31st Dec, 2017 and then they have postponed to 30th June, 2018, and declared the same in RERA .After this they had taken extension in Rera twice. Now, the possession date get postponed to 30th June, 2019 :( No trust, no proof at all :( I got disappointed by purchasing flat in unique green.This is the 4th time possession date postponed by this developer which is very ridiculous.
