To be very honest Google doesnt allow you to give a 0-star review, so I had to give 1 star to make my point clear. All I want to say to current customers and upcoming customers who are looking plots or any property, these people are fake and useless.Let me clear this point if you want to buy plot of worth 15-20 lakhs they will ask you to give token amount of ₹ 1-2 lakhs and dont worry they will give you on written that you have invested 1-2 lakhs of ₹ for your plot and if they dont satisfy your need they will return your money. I did the same thing I invested ₹ 2.5 lakh as a token amount, and after six months I called Mr. Shrikant Jadhav to get my money back told me to contact Mr. Deepak Surve who is Head, so I called him too.He said he would return my money in next week so I called him in the week later then he told me again wait for three days, and these things keep on going he never returned my money and even blocked my no. So I called him from my wifes no. He then told Im sending you your money in 2 days and the next day He blocked my wifes no. also.Two months have passed he still has not returned the money. There are many customers who are facing such problems. All I want to say is if they cant handle our 1-2 lakhs ₹ just think how they will manage plot deals of ₹ five lakhs and up. Think before making a call to these guys.
