Accordingly as a brand you guys need to improvise a lot... train your staff much more for the betterment at all stores.... Theres no sync in anything.... One person should be at the billing counter mandatory as customers get fed up of standing... every time the staff changes at billing...basic stock also lacks many times.... Eg:-i went out to buy a bandaid which seemed to be out of stock

Staffs behaviour is very unprofessional!I have seen staffs be on call on the billing counter, 3 people were waiting for her call to end! And yet she completed her call before she billed us.

Worst Chemist/Pharmacy/Medical StoreIs the Wellness Forever name given to a Chemists/pharmacy/Medical Store?I doubt whether it is. Every time I have been to wellness forever there is long waiting time as your staff is always busy in serving and helping the nonsense people who come there to buy biscuits, Chips, Ice-creams, Chocolates, Eggs, Frozen Chicken and what not.Wellness forever please have some sense and keep a separate counter for such people. Many a times people buying medicines need them URGENTLY to save someones life. And your employees are busy serving people buying daily necessities from your store.Your shops across CITY are mend to serve as a chemist/medical store/ pharmacy. Your shop is always packed with people buying daily necessities rather than medicines.Your stores are nothing short of a small size mall. I wont be surprised if you start selling RICE and WHEAT in your shops.There has been incident where you gave us wrong medicine even after showing you the doctor’s prescription. Atleast have some sense and appoint educated people who can read and help customers with right medicines. You might KILL some of your illiterate customers who believe in your employees and brand literacy if you provide them wrong medicines.You Employees working in your store dont even know if they have medicines in shop and even if they find the medicines in computer your employees keep searching for those medicines all over the shop asking each other. Such unmanaged stores you have to serve your clients.Wellness Forever get well soon.You have messed up things.Every visit I have made to your shop I never come out happily. Worst Experience ever. Wellness Forever is unique concept of 24x7 pharmacy with basic food items and groceries available all the time. They do home deliveries as well 24x7 which is the biggest advantage. They do have a minimum order limit of INR 200, which is justified.

Worst experience ever.Khopat branch.I wanted to purchase couple of migraine medicines, but they didnt have few in stock hence the person Narayan proposed to deliver it at home the next day before 11 AM and kept the doctors prescription with them.The next day it was already 11.30 AM and i had no sign of them, I called their centralized customer number and it was redirected to so many people , every time to follow up they had a different person answering and I had to explain them I need the medicine right now without any delay and the backstory of the situation. Their service is soo poor , they need to understand that they are dealing with patients and not regular customers who just want a furniture and can wait for it .I had already missed my 2 dose of medicine because of their extreme poor service.I would never recommend their home drop service. If they tell you to wait and they would deliver it to your home, kindly deny and please proceed to some other medical and buy it.Its already 1 pm now and they had promised that they will deliver it asap till 12.00 noon. Still no sign.Worst experience.
